i have a mostly walkable, slightly hill-y campus and purchased these to wear. they are so comfortable to walk in and keep my feet from hurting. i would say they are very true to size. do not size up if you're a true half size!

I absolutely love these shoes. I had the previous version too. I have also worn the Nano but prefer these. I do HIIT workouts as well as strength training and TRX. These have a lot of cushion and keep my feet stable. They also have a lot of flexibility which I like. Most of the time I need to buy a 9.5 in running/training shoes but I purchased a 9 in these. The 9 fits well.

It's a nice sturdy training shoe. However I will say they seem to run large. I normally wear a size 9 but wish I would have ordered a half size down because they're a bit loose. I didnt really realize until i wore them for the first time at the gym and i could geel my heel lifting as I was doing split squats. So i I couldn't exchange since id already worked out in them. Other than that it's a great shoe

Good stylish trainer and good quality reasonable price

Very comfortable. I work with patients and I'm on my feet all day. I've been able to run around and my feet aren't killing me at the end of the day.

I bought these trainers for HIIT classes . They are very supportive for the high intensity moves and jumps and definitely worth every penny . Plus they look great .

The heels are useful, comfortable although the tongue can grate if you don't ensure they're flat when you put in your foot but that's not a dealbreaker - perfect for Punp

These shoes are perfect for the gym and strength/weightlifting exercises. The wider toe area allows for excellent grounding and I noticed a difference in my performance straight away! I am absolutely in love with these shoes, it makes such a difference to have the right shoe for the job!!

The trainers are slightly too big in sizes but a great trainer

Purchased for Volleyball practice, the gum bottom is amazing for the court sports.

I received my order and had to return/refund. Still waiting on update. Shoes run incredibly large. Very good looking show tho

I love the look of this shoe!! I have had previous versions of the HIIT and this is much easier to put on.

I have a few pairs of the Hiit TR2 and was very excited that the 3 came out ! I own the black pair and find them to be very comfortable . They fit differently than the Hiit TR2 especially without the sock! Another great training shoe.

I read good reviews of this style for HIIT specifically. I needed a shoe that could do any sort of gym activity (I have other shoes for walking or running). I will say I am not used to the more supportive outsole but I could immediately tell the difference in the stability and rubber friction that it gave which I liked. I ended up returning it b/c I have a low instep, so the bend across the bridge had too much room and I could lace it tight enough. I knew over time this could rub my foot wrong. With that said, the length fit well.

It is a good sneakers, beautiful and comfortable, buuut it runs big. I was struggling at the gim, because my feet were "swimming" in it. Somehow I did not read the comments so do not make the same mistake. I am planning to order smaller size, because I like these shoes very much.

Good fit, comfortable. Ideal for what I acquired them for hiit training, plus got them at a fantastic price.
