I take a lot of HIIT classes and my feet don't hurt! Great traction!

The shoes are good quality, love the colors too. They are the size I usually get and feel just right. I have issues with getting them tight enough to stay on my feet. I can lace them tighter, but they still move a little off my heel when I'm walking, and then hurt the top of my foot because they're too tight there. I'm not getting blisters and I'm not really unhappy so I'm not going to bother with returning them. I also got them at a great price!

I needed a shoe for HIIT workouts and for casual pickleball games. These fit the bill. Nice stable sole and breathable uppers with lateral support. Good size toe box for my wider feet.
What I don't like are the color options (black was the only choice). Also, the edges of the tongue tend to roll and will not lay flat inside the shoe. This creates a slightly uncomfortable ridge along the top of my foot. Normally this would be cause for returning, but I kept them because I got them for a great price, they suit my needs, and I can justify replacing them if they don't work for the longer term.

I love the color combo and that I can run and do all other movements with these! The only down fall is the tongue of the shoe continues to fall to the side.

First, the two shoes fit differently, and seem to be slightly different in size. I have tried another pair in different color: the fit of the two shoes are more similar, but they are shorter and tighter than this pair. Had I not worn these shoes, I would consider asking for a replacement because one of the shoes squeak as I walk, and it feels a bit too loose. Too late for me now.

Bought the size I normally get, (size 8) but my heels slip. I'm paranoid I'll step out out of the shoe. Tried tying the laces tighter but then the seams on the sides of the tongue dig into my foot. They're fine for casual wear, but I couldn't use them for training.

As mentioned by others the new design means the show slips off your heel - I went down a 1/2 size so they fit perfectly but they are sadly missing the inner sock

The shoe is a great, BUT, they slip off during workouts. I have tried thick and thin socks as well as tying them really tight.

These are not the same HIIT shoes as before. The earlier style were my favorite. Even though they were kinda hard to get on, they were comfortable and very grippy to the floor. These new 3's have tongues that slide around the top of the foot with sharp edges. And they hurt! I keep wearing them hoping they will soften up because they are grippy which I love. But the tongues are so sharp! Bring back the old version!

Not as comfortable or supportive as the HIIT 2. Very disappointed. Cute but not what I need for teaching fitness classes.

I bought these for indoor bootcamp style classes, like HIIT, Cardio, Strength, and Stability. I had to downsize because they run pretty big. I'm normally a 7 and had to get the 6.5.
I'm keeping them because I tried them out for a few classes and they are now worn in a bit so I felt bad returning. They are pretty clunky and don't get tight enough. It's like the hole for your ankle is too large. No matter how tight you tie them, my heel still wants to come out. Would not suggest to anyone.

I agree with some of the other reviews that these shoes run big. I needed a 9 in the first and second versions (I'm an 8.5 for street shoes), and I'm kicking myself for buying the TR3s without checking the reviews. Didn't think I needed to! Size 9 has too much room in the toes (length) and the heels slip (go figure). And comfort isn't great where the side of the shoe overlaps the tongue.
I LOVED the first HIIT shoes and was disappointed the second version didn't fit as much like a glove. And I'm more disappointed with the TR3. They might have been okay if I hadn't goofed on the size.

The shoes fit appropriately and are made well but they crinkle at the base of the toes when I walk. Had to return.

Love the previous version. I liked the look of the TR 3 better but the functionality has 2 major problems. The biggest problem is that my heel lifts out of the shoe when doing anything that resembles a lunge - strength wise (think pump) or cardio wise (think attack/grit). This also leads to some lateral movement instability. The second issue is more minor in that the tongue of the shoe is uncomfortable and rolls at the edges.

I loved the last version, these make my feet hurt so bad. They aren't comfortable and they don't look a nice as the old version either. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. They aren't even cute in person.

Love the style but felt a little boxy and not extremely comfortable. I didn't want to believe the reviews... price was right and shoe looks nice but didn't do it for me when I actually tried them on.

I love my HIIT TR2 trainers
As unfortunately TR2 are unavailable I decided to give a try to the latest V3. And no much luck as they are too big and wide and dong cling the feet in the same way as prev ver.
Had to return

My feet slip out of them as I walk. Couldn't even imagine doing a hiit class in them. They'd fall off. Would not recommend

I loved the original Hiit trainer shoes. These shoes were disapointing: feet get tired and I feel like the shoes are holding me back when I'm working out. Please bring back the original version.

I purchased these as the updated version of the hiit 1 and 2. I loved both of those versions. These run big, and wide. They are stiff and bulky which is not what you want while doing a hiit workout These shoes do not lace high enough so there is significant heel slip. I loved the previous versions for the sock-like lining that prevented heel slip. I'm very disappointed and I would purchased the older version again but they are out of stock.
