I have foot problems. I have been a hoka user for about
Three years now. My work out shoes are hoka. And I just bought a pair of these as my main shoes because their water proof. As a person with foot problems I can say they are very comfortable do not hurt.
I bought these at the walking store 5th Ave mall in Alaska

If the speedgoat was offered in black with white sole or a solid white model, I would immediately buy it for a spikeless golf shoe. It could easily be in the top three most comfortable golf shoes, especially with it's waterproofing!!!!

Use for work for to being on my feet most of the day. Feels like walking on soft carpet with great support and stability. Bought another pair of Hokas and just as pleased. Will continue to buy and wear them.

I've enjoyed the smooth ride of Hokas so much over the last few years that I rarely wear anything else ... work, errands, daily speed walking, and now golf. I have had many high-end golf shoes, but none are as comfortable as my Hokas. For the last two years I have walked the golf course in Hokas and the Speedgoat has great traction and keeps my feet smiling. They were not made for golf and the twisting motion on the turf probably wears on them a bit, but I sure enjoy the walk :)

I have two pairs.
I wear one to jog on the big soccer complex in the morning when the fields are wet from dew or rain.
I'm a girls fast pitch umpire and I wear them when I work the bases.
They very comfortable for the games and they are easy to clean.

I run on paved surfaces in Minnesota and struggled with snow and ice in the winter. I bought the Speedgoat 3 Waterproof exclusively for these conditions and the have worked awesome. Bear in mind I have only clocked about 20 miles in them, but they have done very well in the snow and ice.

What an amazing trail running shoe at an amazing price. Initial reviews that say the shoe feels too narrow, and I could agree at first, but I think that is just the waterproof layer. After one run they felt fine. My next run was a half marathon and they performed excellent. The traction, foot protection, waterproofness, and comfort are literally second to none in my experience. Literally would buy 3 more of this same exact shoe if I could 10 out of 10!

If you're on your feet all day at work, these are for you. These are mobile fatigue mats under your feet. Extremely comfortable, and light, durable, and waterproof, and a bargain, since you'll stop experimenting with other expensive comfortable shoes for work...if you don't need formal, business, stylish, or sexy shoes !

My feet feel great in these shoes. I wish that Hoka had an option for a more open toe box. Your standard shape has one feature that bothers me, the thin (top to sole) space for my toes. I am 65 yo, with arthritic toes and large hallux. That running shoe profile fits everywhere else except the toes are rubbing on top. Not everyone is a runner or fake it runner. Your site's rec for 1/2 size up from another brand that fitswell was spot on except for the toes. Since it is all synthetic, I doubt they will stretch out or give like leather would.

This shoe isn't just for trail running. It works well on the street and even on treadmills. As with other Hoka brands, it has great support for your feel all the way around.

I bought these to use for running, hiking and urban adventures in the rain. They are not only super-comfortable (as I was expecting given my experience with other Hoka models) but they have kept my feet dry while providing excellent traction. Highly recommend!

I am impressed with this shoe. I spend a lot of time on the trail. The shoes keep my feet dry and have pretty good traction. The only downside is breathability... yes I know it doesn't happen with waterproof shoes.

Absolutely fantastic, I've had plantar fasciitis for almost a year and working in the OR, you're always standing. After 3 weeks of running around in these shoes, it's all but disappeared. The water proof nature of these shows gives me peace of mind that my feet aren't marinating in stuff that shouldn't be in my shoes

I chose this shoe first for is very cushioned ride then for the vibram hiking soul and color was a big attraction as well.
The black and gray coloring allows me to wear this shoe nearly everywhere as a casual shoe as well as my workout shoe. Love it!

Very comfortable shoe. The size is true but is a little snug, [hope it loosens after using a few times]. One of the reasons I bought this shoe was that it was waterproof. This would keep my feet dry in wet conditions. But one thing I noticed was that it didn't allow for my feet to breathe and kept all my moisture, [sweat], in the shoe. My feet were soaking wet after running a half marathon trail race. Y'all might want to see if there is a way to alleviate this problem. Besides that, the shoe is great!

First time worn was a 40 mile rainy muddy 12 hour run/hike... Second time was a very muddy 50k trail run. Shoes performed flawless! I really enjoyed not having to spend weeks getting the mud from under my toenails. I highly recommend these shoes for the trails.... Looking forward to the fall and winter with dry feet.

Have owned these now for 2+ months and they are definitely the best trail shoes I've ever had. Great cushioning with decent foot plate is a combination you need on rugged trails (especially when running at 6'4"). They've worn well in 20-25 trail uses, and held together. Sturdy but comfortable, more than other brands. Only slight downside is the fit, which is different for everyone. For comparison, Under Armour size 12.5 fit me perfectly. Hoka One One size 12.5 is slightly narrower, and slightly longer. Even with this, the Speedgoat 3 Waterproof rates better than the UA Horizon RTT Gore-Tex for me.
