The kit is just enough to care for 1 pair of boots for maybe 3 months. Small bottles, but it works great.

I returned and exchanged my Uggs due to the size being too big . Uggs return was very easy and fast however my new uggs came and already had scuffs and are already out of shape . Very disappointing for the price .

I used it on my UGG Boots after coming back from New York in March after a bad snow storm. The wet stain was not going away like usual. The cleaner didn't make the stain go away completely but most it cleared. It made a difference in the boots appearance. I thought my boots would never look nice again. appearance Until I used this product. I also used the protector on my boots, to maintain the care and appearance.

I used it and it worked just have to let it thaw out for 5 hours

It is smaller than I thought. It is suitable for managing ugg boots.

I just got my care kit, and right off the bat I'm not happy! I go to look through the directions and notice there are several languages, seven to be exact, EXCLUDING ENGLISH! Are you kidding me? Literally seven other languages and nothing in English? Do you realize where your located? Do you realize where your customer who you shipped the package to is located? Also I dont understand why I got an Ugg Australia care kit? Yes, I know.. But I purchased from Ugg, plain and simple, not Ugg Australia! Maybe that explains why there is no English in the directions. Not really! I'm pretty sure they speak English in Australia! So really there is no logical reason for this! Is it a big deal? No. I'm still not happy! Small things say a ton about a company! Incompetent! Oblivious! To say the least!

Haven't noticed anything too special compared to other cleaners out on the market

My Uggs were perfect until I got some small drops of bubble solution on them which I thought would be an easy fix with this care kit. The cleaning solution stained and discolored my shoes making them look even worse than before. So disappointed

Instruction pamphlet has several pages of different languages EXCEPT ENGLISH!!! Ridiculous!! This is an embarrassing and big mistake on UGG's part.

The bottles are too small for the price.

I bought my first ever pair UGG boots back in December. Some knee high Baileys and unfortunately spilled some bacon grease on them in the kitchen while cleaning up. I was devastated as I had only worn them three times. I used this kit to try and help after putting baking soda powder on the spots did not help. Unfortunately the kit didn't help either. I gave it a two though as I do think it would have been a great preventative. Would love to have know it was a thing when buying my boots.

So sad. Bought the care kit because my daughter spilled on her brand new uggs that she got as a holiday present and the cleaner in the kit did not work. One shoe ruined so I had to buy and entire new pair.

First time cleaning and getting the kit, so I'm not sure if it's normal for it to happen, but after following step by step instructions, it completely darkened the color of my boots. Not too happy about it to be honest considering it's a light color.

One of the bottles was leaking, I'm disappointed

I bought this specifically to try and get rid of a stain on my Ugg boots after spilling some creamy aioli sauce. I followed all the instructions as directed twice, and I also looked up some how-to videos, but I just wasn't able to get rid of the stain. It just made the stain bigger. The suede protector itself works though.

I wanted to clean my ugg slides that are light blue, it had some stains on it but the kit didn't really take off anything. I cleaned it better with my own sponge and soap..

Water stain is 100% still there

Cleaner actually damaged the boots. Protector altered the color of the boots. Would not recommend!!

I bought it to remove a small stain on my slippers. I followed the directions exactly. However, it actually made the stain worse. Fortunately, Ugg replaced my slippers when I called and explained what happened. While I wouldn't recommend this product I have to recommend Ugg as their customer service is excellent!

I followed the instructions and I didn't feel as though using these products had an impact on preserving the shoes or cleaning stains.

I was very excited to purchase this to care for my new pair of uggs but very disappointed when it arrived! Upon opening the shipment box, all the products (liquid and brushes) were not inside the intended white UGG box packaging. They were thrown into the shipment box, uncapped/partially leaked out into the box, and there was a plastic bag just throw inside. Not worth the expense for half leaked products and this sloppy of packaging and care.
