I needed this for my daughter's boot. She wore them before we treated them and spilled a drink on them. The cleaner worked well. The kit arrived damaged due to spilling of the cleaner. I did not want to send back because it had been back ordered and too awhile to receive . I would recommend you buy in store if possible as this did not ship well.

1st use, 30 seconds in and the suede eraser already fell apart. Didnt even get to try the actual products just the tools. Suede brush is good.

The ugg care kit is great but I hate that it wasn't packaged properly - when I opened my package, I noticed that the products leaked and now the box looks ruined. Next time I'll try to buy at a store.

I bought this product to use on new Uggs that I purchased to prolong their use. I had no issues with the products themselves but I wish that it would've been packed in the shipment box nicer as almost every cap to each product arrived cracked and broken. It would be appreciated that the products I am spending good money on are better taken care of so that this doesn't happen.

Decent price but didn't help with my ugg boots.

It definitely cleaned all my uggs, but it made them darkenot happy about that.

It doesn't come with great instructions, you have to watch the video on the Ugg website. I followed the video exactly on two different shoes, and the texture of the outside is way different than it was before. I'm not sure if there's soap residue or what happened.

Worked okay but didn't get the stains out.

I have attempted to clean my boots twice without success.

Haven't used yet due to no instructions in English but instructions are in like 5 other languages also when I received this there was no wrapping on the ugg box itself to keep it sealed so everything was out of the box loose in the huge box they shipped this in. Not happy! Please send me instructions in English.

Use this product to clean and protect my shoes

Product is alright for the price though I'd expect not to get splinters from the brush.

I clean my boot just got them late Oct, early November I did have a lil salt on them but after I used the kit were the salt was is now liter then the rest of the boot. Help me

I received the kit, nothing spilled out and all contents were in the kit. The only thing I don't like is that by using the cleaner it changes the original color of your Ugg's. (In my opinion it does). But it does remove stains very well.

I bought because i had a small stain on my ugg boot and use the kit the stain is still there. It also depends what kind of stain because my boot was light in certain areas.

I bought this years ago and bought it again for my suede boots. The product sizes are good and you don't have to apply too much liquid when cleaning your boots.

The suede brush is so much better for UGGs than the usual ones you get at the store, so I highly recommend it. However, I used the cleaner on classic 1 UGGs and they looked worse than the original stain after that, even though I allowed time & ventilation for drying. I followed the instructions. I was disappointed, to say the least. Wish I could give 5 stars for the brushes and -1 for the cleaner. Haven't tried the other product. Recommend for the brushes only.

I tried to use it to clean some spots on my uggs and it didn't really do the trick.

So far I have used the protector (I am on my second pair of Neumel boots because if you do not protect them the slightest contact with anything will stain and ruin them) and so far they seem to be working well. Only thing is I see this promo for free Ugg care kit with a purchase of over $160 and I did not see this offered to me when I bought the product so I feel a bit cheated.

I love the product, it just doesn't take all the stains out completely

I bought this because my 2 year old black Uggs are kind of getting dirty and just look not good. I figured the cleaner and conditioner would be perfect. Although now the Ugg is even and not so dirty anymore, the cleaner seems to take off a good amount of the black color from the Uggs which I don't like. I'm not sure if it would do it on a different or lighter colored Ugg but it'll be hard for me to find out because I mainly have black and dark brown Uggs.

For the price, I don't think this kit is any better than other good leather treatments on the market. It works well, however and I'll get good use of it.

Great, just be careful with the eraser, it messed up the material a bit

I used it to clean new and old stains. it cleaned the new stain but the old stain it didn't remove. It also faded the color on my boots some.
