The cargo pocket is glued on and the glue doesn't last long.

The new design fits a lot looser in the calves and a little looser in the thighs than the pair I bought a few years ago. The fit feels sloppy and is more what I would expect from brands that cost a quarter of these. Real bummer. Wish I had not take a spill on my mountain bike and torn my old pair.

I bought these a month ago and I totally regret the purchase.
First two weeks in where an absolute dream, perfect fit and the most comfortable pants I've ever had.
I bought these to use while rock climbing, but after a month of using them only around town and mostly in my house, they'd definitely shred to pieces.
-First thing that happened was the stitch on the back started to come undone and made a hole, I tought no big deal and just sewed it up.
-The fabric keeps getting pinched and stuck on random things and threads stick out, sometimes stretching the fabric pulls them back in but not every time.
-The inside of the ankles got extremely worn out by abrasion against, I guess my socks?. You can see lots of threads coming out and the outer part of the fabric isn't smooth anymore.
I would expect pants to wear over a normal period of time and after some real use. It's ridiculous to pay this much money and get such poorly made apparel.

Bought two months ago and bottom ankle synch is broken. Poor quality as this has broken from regular use and not anything particularly strenuous. Arc'teryx quality should be better for the price.

Despite appearing somewhat relaxed in the photos, these pants are very very slim fitting. I am 6'6" 200lbs with fairly skinny legs and a size large tall are nearly as tight as a pair of leggings- despite fitting perfectly at the waist. I own several other Arc'teryx pants in the same size and do not have this issue. Even my old Gamma Rocks in a medium tall are looser. Beyond just appearances, this makes it impossible to use the hand pockets for anything and too snug to comfortably wear a base layer underneath.
Secondly, I really wish they had a back pocket. It would make them much more versatile pants.
I bought these thinking they would be my go to pant and would buy a new version in a second if these issues were addressed.

Bought this item from the Australian site. Have to leave the review here since the item has been removed from the Australian site.
The fitting is looser than I expected, so I made an online request for return / exchange / store credit. No one has responded the request for two weeks. I feel like I have been deliberately shut out. The website does have a specific section for requesting returns, but it seems to serve for decorative purpose and not acting in good faith in reality.

These pants fit great! Unfortunately, they totally blew apart after two hikes! The pants tore from sitting on a rock during a couloir climb.

The pants fit amazing from the store and after being washed but after an hour of wearing them the material significantly stretches out and they become baggy. Not the quality I would expect for the price.

The material used in the new Gamma LT is much better than the last one. It also has a bit more stretch to it. However my main concern with this pant is that it's shrinking. It has a slim fit which I do not like at all. While some may like this fit, I do not. It seems many manufacturers are cutting cost so they are using less cloth to make their clothing. My opinion is that if you have a great product like this and other products where the original ones were made with a normal lose fit then leave it. Why keep on changing the fit every year. To solve this, Acrteryx should either have a regular fit and a slim fit or one year regular fit and one year slim fit.

I ordered these pants on-line since it was the only place I could find a size medium tall.
I am usually a medium waist but these fit way too large.
I am finding that all arcteryx pants fit rather large so consider trying one size down from your regular fit.
Although I returned them due to poor fit the actual product appeared to be exactly what you would expect from arcteryx quality.
