Powerstep Pinnacle insoles have a high arch that just doesn't work for me. The arch in this insole seems to rise up suddenly, quite high, and then disappear in my shoes, it feels like standing on a bouncy ball. For me, it feels like part of my arch is lifted up too high, while the rest of my arch isn't being supported properly. Superfeet Green and Superfeet Green Wide work better for my feet... Superfeet Green and Superfeet Green Wide have a firm arch support, but it supports the arch over a more gradual and longer rise, so that I feel like my entire arch is being supported in Superfeet Green. I have tried Powerstep Pinnacle, Powerstep Pinnacle Max, and Powerstep Original, and they all have the same problem for me... the arch just isn't in the right place for my particular foot. I have a high instep, and moderately high arches, and I do need arch support, but the Powerstep brand just doesn't work for me. This info may help someone else: The Powerstep insoles in Women's size 9-9.5 will fit in a women's shoe size 8.5 or 9 wide. I tried them in both pairs of shoes. It doesn't quite fill out the toes of the shoes, since they are wide shoes (D width), but they still fit OK. Good luck!

Love theses inserts and fixed my planters fascia, no more pain! I am on my feet all day, tried all kinds of supportive shoes, they helped a little, but the heal pain made my life miserable~ when your feet hurt everything hurts! When I first tried these inserts, the arch support felt too high (on my bad foot) but thought I'd give it a try. That extra support in the arch slowly stretched the tight plantars band and within a week no more pain! I've been pain free ever since ~except for the weekend I tried wearing the same shoes w/o the inserts~could barely walk by the end of the weekend! I wont be without these inserts! Love them!

I have owned two pair thus far. These are hands down the best support. That said, I am not pleased with durability. The blue top separates from the foam middle. Once this happens the foam will break down/apart and separate from the plastic inside. 1st pair lasted 7-8 months. New pair lasted 35-40 days. Only a 30 day warranty on these; we'll see what happens. They will hurt your feet the first week you wear them, but then it's pain free after then.

I have very sensitive feet with a high, rigid arch and a narrow heel. I also have frequent lengthy bouts of plantar fasciitis and debilitating ball of foot pain. I have spent a fortune on prescription orthotics that were either too hard, too slippery, or had inadequate support. This is the first pair I've found that put that "spring" back into my step to support my high arch, WITHOUT putting undue pressure on other parts of my feet.

I went through all of the replacement insoles (Superfeet, Sole, and I do mean all of them) and these were the best for me. Really helped with my plantar fasciitis. I did have to order the 10-10.5 in order to fill out my 9.5 shoes.

Great insole, I have very flat feet and an atypical arch that needs support further to the front of the foot more so than usual. This orthotic has a long arch support that runs from the heel to the ball of the foot.

I love these insoles! I have fallen arches and never realized that that was causing back, hip, and knee pain. After a friend that is a trainer told me about my arches, he recommended these. They are great! Lots of arch support, and it really helped me with back/knee/hip pain.

Good arch support and heel support. I ordered a woman's 10-10.5 and they were short about a 1/4 inch in my Asics. The actual sneaker size is 10.

These insoles are great! My podiatrist recommended these as part of the treatment plan for my plantar fasciitis and they do help relieve the pain.

I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. These insoles, along with wearing tennis shoes for a year have helped my feet heal. I highly recommend these insoles. They are even recommended by my podiatrist. I plan to use these insoles for the rest of my life (but obviously buy new sets approximately once per year).

These things are lifesavers. Worth every penny. They support my heel and arches and make walking so much more pleasant. I've found them to be particularly useful because I have high arches, wide feet, and a tendency to supinate. It can be hard to find a shoe that fits properly, but when I use these, I find they usually make up the difference.

These have great arch support (very firm) and nice cushioning throughout. Also nice was that they are actual size, a size 14 is a real 14, not 13.5 like some other brands. I recommend these!

Love the powerstep! I have had many custom orthotics made and they never have enough padding and I land up having foot pain. I have been using these instead and so far so good. I wish the custom orthotics were this comfy!

Powerstep Pinnacle inserts were the answer to my plantar fasciitis. I have several pair and use them in every pair of shoes I wear. Great product and as always fast and easy ordering from Zappos.

Fit and size was good but they start to hurt on the heal after several hours of standing. Need gel support under the heel and they would work great.

I have plantar fasciitis, knee problems, post surgery on knee and former torn plantar fascia... and these are my favorite inserts. I have been reordering them for 2 years.

Excellent, high-quality product. I purchased the Men's 10-10.5 size for a size 10 shoe (shoe is probably 1/2 size larger than marked). Is a good fit in the shoe, but required removal of stock insole. Superb arch support and cushioning. Very comfortable.

I'm on my second pair of these inserts. I use them in my work shoes Mon.-Fri. about 10 hrs. a day and my back and knees have never felt better. I personally would recommend to people who have flat arches, these give plenty of support.

I don't have foot problems but I do value quality insoles. Powersteps are well designed and well made, with no gimmicks. For medium to high arched feet, they provide excellent support, improve stability and are very comfortable with some break-in. I won't use any other insoles in my backpacking boots and athletic shoes.

I love these insoles! I have a very high arch and these are the only insoles I have found that give me enough support. I replace my running shoes every few months, but the insoles can last through at least 2 sets of shoes. I have also found that I need to order a size bigger than the shoes I wear, so that my toes don't hang off the end of the insole.

I love these shoes. They are the ones my orthopedic surgeon sells and they last forever. Any time I buy a sport shoe, I pull out the cheapo insole they come with and put a pair of these in. I absolutely love them.

These are the best innersoles that I have ever tried. They give great arch support even for my high arches. They alleviate most of my back and knee pain. They fit well in any athletic shoes and are totally indispensable to me. They are well worth the money!

Flat feet fixes - I use the Powerstep Pinnacle in my running shoes and casual wear shoes. They are too thick for dress shoes. They are a really good blend of cushion and support leaning stronger toward the support aspect of an insole. I have arthritis in my knee and I coach cross country. These seem to keep me aligned and don't aggravate my knee. These do require a break in period for your feet to get used to the support.

These are indispensable to me. I have several pairs so I don't have to keep moving them between shoes. I wear them in all my sneakers and boots. I've also tried the Spenco orthotics, and these fit my feet much better - the arch is highest on the inside (medial) part of the foot in these, where the Spenco went more all the way across. I rated them high for style, but let's face it, no one will see them! They are wide enough for a wide forefoot. If you try to put them in a flat or other slip on, you may find it raises you up too high to keep the shoe on, but I have a narrow heel, so that might not be an issue for you.

These are the best insoles I've ever had. Very comfortable, right amount of arch support for my very flat feet. Wish I had discovered these sooner.
