Complete junk the arch support collapsed within a month of use. Do not recommend, ill be sticking to superfeet insoles.

If you wear Birkenstocks, you appreciate the importance of firm arch support. For other brands of shoes, you can remove the flat factory insole and upgrade to Powerstep insoles.
The Pinnacle adds a touch more arch support to the design of the original Powerstep insole. A TINY bit more. I wore an "Original" in my left shoe and a Pinnacle in my right shoe. The Pinnacle arch support was slightly higher and slightly firmer. They are 95% identical but the Pinnacle has a much higher price. If you are happy wearing the original Powerstep you don't need to spend more for the Pinnacle.
If you are new to "high arch" insoles, start by wearing Powersteps two hours per day. Your feet will be making an adjustment that can be a bit painful. Every few days add another hour. As your feet adjust to the high arch support, add more hours. In a month, your feet will have fully adjusted and you will never want to go back to flat insoles.
There is also a Pinnacle Plus that I have not tried.

These were recommended by my podiatrist. I have extremely high arches but can't afford custom orthotics. These have made a big difference for me in terms of comfort. They are a bit wide so they can't fit in all of my shoes. However, they provide excellent arch support and comfort. Overall, I am happy with these inserts.

I've been using this orthotic for years, this is a replacement. After trying expensive, uncomfortable custom-made orthotics ($400 and $600 respectively) I was so happy to find these.

I ordered 4 different insoles from different companies and liked these the best. Good support in arch area. I like the heel padding. Some of the other insoles were to soft and my foot would slide forward. This is my second pair. The first pair was recommended by my podiatrist. I feel these are worth the extra $15. I wear them walking on the golf course. My husband also rates them a 5.

I have high arches and plantar fasciitiis, and am in the process of (in addition to PT) finding the shoes and inserts that work for me. These are the best I've found so far: very firm, good arch support, and they fit perfectly in my walking/running shoes. I can't speak to durability as I've only had them for a couple of weeks. I plan to buy another pair.

These are as good as the $400 dollar professional orthotics. Really. They work perfectly in my shoes. I wear a narrow to B width.

Extremely high arches here--and very happy with this product! I wore Superfeet green for years without problems, but then had a foot nerve injury and couldn't tolerate the Superfeet hardness. These Pinnacles have very satisfactory arch support, and also a slight bit of cush on the entire upper padding (well, on the forefoot) that Superfeet lacks. I had tried nearly every orthotic on Zappos, but none had enough arch support. My podiatrist then recommended these. Great insert, and I didn't need to cut them to size either.

Love these arch and sole inserts. They work great for people like me with flat feet. Keep your feet feeling great when standing or walking. Work best with tie shoes but can also be made to fit regular flat shoes like loafers.

I bought these because my doctor recommended them for my plantar fasciitis. Overall I am pleased with them. In some of my shoes my feet rest at the top of the shoe because I can't remove the inserts they came with. The size was true to size in length although a bit narrow through the toe area. These inserts will help me be able to wear many of my existing shoes with comfort.

These foot support inserts are everything as advertised, and they are as good or better than the ones sold to me by a podiatrist...for a lot of money!

Have flat feet all my life, I have spent a lot of money on insoles. Powerstep is the one that is perfect. Use in hiking, everyday shoes and snowboard boots. Makes a positive difference in every step. Just the right amount of cushion and volume. Use the regular Powerstep if you need lower volume. These are great.

Have bought these many times. They work great for my bunions giving them the extra cushion I need. I replace them about once a year. Have multiple pairs for different shoes.

I wasn't sure if I'd like these because I had been using the cushy inserts from "The Walking Company" that typically cost $70 but I truly do love these inserts. I've had them for several months now and they are holding up nicely. I greatly recommend them.

The insoles are great, but had to find shoe that worked the best in. I have PF and arthritis and that's why I tried these. Very supportive and cushioning. Thank you Zappos for your great service and return policy. I have ordered several pairs of shoes and had to send back because of one reason or another. I have problem feet, so getting the right shoe is a long process sometimes.

I tried these several times, but found that the arch support was either hitting my foot in the wrong place or was too high for comfort.

I have multiple foot problems (bunions, metatarsalgia, bone spurs, plantar fasciitis & 73 years of running, backpacking etc.) so please take this review with a grain of salt. There may be no perfect insert for me. That said, I don't find them particularly soft or cushioning, especially in the heel and metatarsals, where I really need cushioning. I've had to add a layer of flat Spenco foam to provide that, so for me, they are better than nothing, but not the inserts of my dreams.

Power Step USED to be the best insoles for flat feet, hands down. I have old Power Step insoles in all of my shoes, as that is all I could and would wear; they were that great. A few years back, they changed their design and country of origin and they went downhill. I mean wayyyyy downhill. They no longer had the same support or cushioning; they felt flat as soon as you put them in your shoes. I saw that recently, they had changed their design and packaging, so I was hopeful that maybe, due to all the negative feedback, they had gone back to their old great standard of support. NOPE! I was wrong. My years old insoles have more support than these. Also, they have put this odd hump in the wrong place of the arch and in only seconds, it made my foot kill! Why did they have to ruin something so good?? Never again.

Very comfortable, I wear it with any shoes and support the arch foot. Walking, standing, squatting, and stepping up and down are good.
