Very pleasantly surprised! This was my first order with Zappos. It took about a week to arrive. The Bostonian Marco turned out to exceed my expectations, since I have a hard time finding shoes that fit comfortably when I shop locally. These look and feel great!

Bought these for my husband who is not really comfortable with the whole online shopping thing. He loves them, they fit great, true to size. No breaking in necessary.

This may seem redundant in light of all the other glowing reviews, but this is a great shoe. I'm very particular with fit and style and this cap toe exceeded my expectations. A sharp shoe. A one day break in period for me and that was it. Holds a great shine.

The deer skin leather is absolutely wonderful. A very soft, supple and luxurious leather. It does require more attention than cow leather. Moisturize the deer skin leather about every month. A little extra care goes a very long way. These shoes are excellent.

This is my second pair of Bostonians. As with the first pair, the Bostonian Macro is a high quality shoe and they fit no major problems. Other brands that I returned were higher priced and were of less quality. I will be sticking with Bostonians. As far as Zappos goes, simply the best, I purchased in the past from them. They are professional in every sense and second to none. Great customer service; fast shipping and a sweet return policy.

This was a gift to my husband who is very hard to fit. He loved the shoes and the moment he put them on, told me how comfortable and stylish they were. Kudos to Zappos on packaging and shipping too. All in all an excellent experience!

My husband loves these shoes. He has been looking for leather soles. They're difficult to find. At first, his feet hurt at the base of his toes. I felt the shoe inside, and we agreed that the metatarsal arch support was so superb (and his feet were so used to cheap shoes!) that it would take some getting used to. He put on a tux and we went out on the town -- even dancing! His feet love the shoes, now.

On the advice of my partner I went to the Zappos site to see what is available in 30s/40s style oxfords. I was impressed with both the quality and volume of shoes available. The number of styles available is overwhelming, but with easy access and categorization I had no difficulty locating an assortment of attractive models. Within minutes I found a pair in keeping with my taste and price range. Ordering was simple and direct. On arrival I found my shoe all I hoped for but too narrow. It was necessary to return the shoes. To my good fortune a wider pair was available and to Zappos credit there is no return charge, enough in itself to prompt a buyer to consider Zappos as a perfect fit is not guaranteed when buying shoes online. The second pair was perfect. In short, I couldn't be more pleased with Zappos service, promptness, and selection. What's not to like?

Great shoe. Most importantly...Zappos is superb in filling orders precisely and making fast delivery. Zappos is my go to agent for shoe purchase...because they are fast, efficient and user friendly.

Because I have narrow feet, I often had difficulty finding shoes that fit. These fit perfectly, right out of the box. Love the shoes.

The soft upper prevents creasing so the shoes wear nicely and look great. Great shape and color.

Good shoes. Good price. I am happy. Almost all of my shoes are Bostonian. The "last" they use just fit my foot well, for the most part. Most other shoes just do not fit well. So, I keep coming back to Zappos for Bostonian shoes!

Bostonian shoes are a great bargain. I wear them 5 days a week for 14 hours and need durability and comfort. As a sales executive I spend most of the day on my feet in front of customers, so they have to perform and look great too. My first pair lasted one year of straight wear and tear. This is my second pair and will suffer the same abuse - but I know they will hold up to the task. Recommend shoe trees to anyone to really help prolong the life of the shoe. It helps keep their form and dry them out. Definitely recommend Bostonians to a friend. Zappos order was easy and prompt delivery.

My husband & I recently took up ballroom dancing. Imagine his frustration trying to find leather sole bottoms on shoes that fit his 14EE! Thankfully, a friend told me about Zappos, after looking online, I found two pairs his size for dancing and even ordered a casual pair of Hush Puppies for him, all the while thinking, "I can return these". Ordered Monday, they arrived on Thursday and they all fit, comfortably! We kept them all! They are all well made and COMFORTABLE! Thank you Zappos, for your size guide and for each pair being a true size! We will order again!

Love the shoes, but I love the service I received from Zappos. I made a return that was simple and easy they even upgraded my replacements to overnight delivery. I wish I could hire their customer serivce reps. Hey, I also love the shoes, they fit great, look great, and establish a nice presence in the meeting room.

Bostonian Marco - The Bostonian Marco is a great shoe. Great fit-comfortable after a few hours. The heel tends to squeak a little on polished floors at work. The service was unbelievably good. Excellent company to do business with.

Outstanding Shoe - Love this shoe so much, I purchased all three colors-continue to receive many compliments on the look and style of the shoe - most comfortable shoe I have ever owned.

Handsome Special Occasion Shoe for Teen - This was my 13 year old son's first "man shoe." He wore with a suit. The leather is very soft and the design elegant, a bit European looking and understated. He liked the shoe, which says a lot for a boy that only wears sneakers. Very stylish and stream-lined.

Really sharp shoe - I've gotten a lot of compliments about the two textures. They are really comfortable and they look great!

Great dress shoe, perfect fit - I was looking for a new pair of brown dress shoes, and came across the Marco. When I put it on it immediately felt perfectly comfortable, no break in required. I wore them to work the next day all day with no fatigue. Construction is very good and the center section leather is a more supple almost glove leather that I'm sure makes it more comfortable. I like the cap and the two toned look. I'm a 9.5 D, so I'm an easy fit, but these are highly recommended.

Great shoe - Shoes arrived quickly as normal you guys have the fastest service. Did not require any break-in period and it looks great. Very comfortable. Relieved & Delighted - After unsuccessfully searching for this particular style of Bostonian in retail stores, I was thrilled to find it online at Zappos. Price was very good and the experience was more than I had expected. I ordered the shoes on a Friday and they were delivered on Monday. Awesome job Zappos team!
