I really love these Trace 4 running shoes! They fit perfectly like a glove, and they feel very lightweight and cushiony. As far as design goes, I like the mint green accent against the white background, and the breathable fabric upper means more comfort for my feet, especially when Im really working up a sweat. There are also built-in grooves outside the shoe to help absorb impact and provide stability. What I love most is that they are super comfortable to wear, whether Im walking or running, and are ideal when Im using the treadmill. There are only a couple of things I would change: while this specific shoe only offers neutral support for comfort and durability, I do wish it offered a little more support for days that Im running off trail. I also wish the shoelaces were a bit longer. Overall though, these are wonderful shoes and I am extremely happy with them!

I tried so hard to love these shoes, but they just arent it for me. I much prefer my other Brooks shoes. For some reason, these fit much more narrow than my others. I primarily use them on my elliptical and while teaching where I log about 12,000 steps a day. At the end of the day, I have a full ache in the ball of my foot. I do like the cushion in these and my foot feels supported, just too narrow. Theyre a pretty shoe and I feel like they nailed the colors for what is trending! Im going to try and stretch the shoes out a little bit and hopefully add them into my teacher-shoes rotation.

The fit was very odd. I ordered my usual size 8.5 wide and the backs were constantly sliding up and down. I could not have sized down because my toes were nearly at seams. A shame because they were very lightweight and cushy

There is never a day where I am not walking or running, so I need a solid shoe where my feet dont hurt after. Ive had plantar fasciitis in the past and have been known to over pronate while running but these shoes keep my feet stable and dont leave my feet hurting after. These shoes were easy to break in and were really comfortable from the first wear. The shoe is pretty stabilizing but also cushiony. I like this shoe for both running and long walks. I also really like the look of the shoe, they go well with a lot of color schemes and are very clean looking. The fabric seems like it would dry quickly and is pretty airy so my feet didnt get too hot. I will say I have narrow feet and these fit pretty spot on so may not be great for someone with a wide foot. I would definitely recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a good running/walking shoe or just a comfy shoe in general.

If you're looking for a lightweight, soft, and stylish running shoe that excels in comfort and performance, the Trace 4 is an excellent choice. From the moment you slip them on, you'll appreciate how light they feel, almost like they're barely there. This makes them perfect for long runs or intense treadmill sessions where every ounce counts.
My favorite feature is its plush, soft cushioning. It delivers a smooth, cushioned ride with each step, reducing the impact on your joints, making them ideal for both outdoor and indoor training. Whether you're running on a treadmill or tackling the pavement, these shoes provide that perfect balance of comfort and support.
The Trace 4 have a modern, streamlined design. They not only perform well but also look great.
Overall, the Trace 4 combines lightweight feel, soft cushioning, a sleek look, and a perfect fit into one impressive running shoe. Whether you're hitting the road or the treadmill, its a fantastic choice for anyone serious about their training.

Im so happy to add these sneakers to my workout rotation. Theyre so light and comfortable and are oh so breathable on your feet!
The design is sleek and add a flare of style to your workout and the fabric is breathable and keep the sweat at a minimal amount so you can be comfortable while taking strain off your feet during your exercise.
My favorite part of the shoes are how comfortable and breathable they are and I absolutely love the design and color of these sneakers. I recommend adding these to your workout shoe rotation.

The comfort of the Trace 4 is something I adore. Even though my feet are wide, they never caused me any pain when I worked out on the treadmill. I enjoy the shoe's cushion and how airy it is, so my foot didn't produce sweat too much. Neither did they slip while I ran or walked.

I want my running shoe to be light - thats a must when youre going for mileage - but I also want to feel like I can run over rocks on the trail and not break my feet. These shoes are not only stylish (the perfect color!) but also so comfortable and functional. The ankle part doesnt slip, so I didnt need extra socks/tape to prevent rubbing. The laces stayed put without any fuss. The tread gave me good grip both while running in the elements and doing box jumps and lunges. I also didnt feel like the shoes rocked one way or the other, and it kept my stride natural. I am in love with these! They are so comfortable and cute that I dont mind running a couple of errands or stopping for coffee after my run.

The Trace 4 shoes are everything I look for in a running shoecomfortable, lightweight, and supportive without feeling bulky. From the moment I put them on, I noticed the plush cushioning, which gives a soft yet responsive feel with every step. Whether Im going for a jog, walking around all day, or just running errands, my feet stay comfortable and well-supported.
The breathable mesh upper is a game-changer, keeping my feet cool and preventing that sweaty, overheated feeling during longer workouts. I also appreciate the secure fitthe shoes hug my feet without feeling too tight or restrictive. The shock absorption is great, especially for someone like me who prefers a softer landing with each stride.
I love that they provide just the right amount of arch support, making them ideal for both neutral runners and those who need a bit more stability. Plus, the traction on the outsole is reliable, even on slick surfaces. If you need an everyday running shoe that balances comfort, durability, and support, these are a fantastic choice!

I absolutely love these Trace 4 shoes by Brooks. I work out very regularly (5-6x a week) and do a mix of walking, running, dancing, and strength training. Since I exercise so frequently, and since I also have joint issues, finding a high-quality pair of running shoes is key to my routine. These shoes have been absolutely amazing. They're so comfortable, and they fit me very well. I ordered a size 8 US, as I am usually a 7.5-8, and these fit perfectly, although it took a few days to completely break them in. They feel very lightweight regardless of the type of exercise I'm doing, and the cushioning makes them extremely comfortable. I definitely notice a difference on the days when I'm especially active and doing a lot of steps; these shoes keep my feet from getting too achy or tired. Additionally, as someone with some joint issues, I've noticed that these shoes offer enough stability and padding that I feel comfortable and don't have to worry about pain as much. In general, they just make running feel a bit easier, especially on my heels and shins. In addition to being high-quality, these shoes are super cute. I absolutely love the blue and white pattern. They look vibrant in person, and they offer a nice pop of color to my workout outfits at the gym. Overall, I'm a huge fan of these shoes, and they will continue to be a staple in my exercise routine! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new running shoes, especially if they're looking for a more ergonomic design.

The Trace 4 is a very comfortable and stylist pair of running shoes. The fabric is light and breathable. Very stylist woven fabric in white with a hint of mint green accents. The shoe laces were easy to tie, kept the shoes tongue snug and in place. The laces stayed tied without having to double knot them. There is a very nice memory foam insole that not only supports the foot but has a lot of cushion on the heels. I was able to run long distances and my feet did not fatigue fast. They gripped the gravel and dirt terrains with ease. My only complaint and the only reason it is not a 5 star review is it feels like my foot slides to the front of the shoe while just walking around due to the slightly elevated heel. Other than that these are a great pair of running shoes.

I've absolutely loved my new Trace 4's! They arrived at just the right time, and the blue/white color combo is so pretty! They are super comfy to wear for hours on end. My only qualm is that I got my usual size of an 8.5, but they felt more like an 8, so I suggest you go up by half a size if you don't want super tight shoes.
The design is super cute, and you don't have to break the shoes in, so all in all I will most likely be sticking with Brooks for a long while!

The Trace 4 Run & Walk are such a relief for my arthritic feet. There are no seams anywhere across the top of the feet or around toes - a very tender problem area for my feet. The laces have just enough stretch to allow for a perfectly taut tie without strangling your fingers to tie. I appreciate the functional design of the entire shoe - the heel support has additional padding, which helps cushion any blows when bumping into my other foot. I appreciate the tread pattern on the sole of the foot; it allows me to use gym machines without getting the sole of the shoe stuck on any ridges or raised areas of ellipticals etc.
I love the attention to detail in the ergonomic fit of these shoes to prevent any restriction to natural foot movement. The fabric of the shoe allows excess heat to escape easily through the top portion of the foot. I also really appreciate the loop at the heel to assist pulling the shoe onto your foot, as well as open loops along the center of the tongue of the shoe for slipping your laces through.
The only changes I would make in a perfect world would be a wider toe box. The traditional pointed toe box shape isnt natural for wider feet and despite the flexible shoe upper, can rub on the underside of the big toe and small toe.
All things considered, the Trace 4 are the perfect shoe for runners with tender toes, arthritic feet or anyone who wants to run in utter comfort.
