I usually wear a narrow, but these were tight. I exchanged them for a medium and they were comfortable right out of the box.

beautiful shoe but although narrow usually fits this shoe would not stay on my feet when walking.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn right out of the box. I actually first bought the tan/brown-toned color directly from Munro since Zappos was out of my size (4.5). I loved them so much I quickly bought the black ones from Zappos. My toe bed is a little wide, so I was first worried they’d be too tight, but within moments they adjusted to my feet. Felt like a pillow! The arch support is perfect, they are soooo comfortable to walk in, and they look great!

The style is very attractive in my opinion. I liked everything about the shoe except for the way the first strap fit across my toes. This strap seemed much wider than the others, loose in fact. I unfortunately had to return the shoes.

The straps are very tight and I am afraid they won't stretch. First I tried the regular width size 8.5 and the straps were too tight, so I ordered a size 8.5 wide. The straps are too tight on the 8.5 wide also. If this was a cheap pair of shoes I might risk keeping them in the hopes that the straps will stretch out. But because they are more expensive, I am returning them.

Munro’s use to be the most comfortable shoe I had ever worn. Lived in them when I was working. The straps are very uncomfortable and did not fit the curvature of my feet.

I had to take these shoes to a cobbler and have them stretched. Something I've never had to do before.

The straps are soft and give no support to the foot--I feel unsteady walking

These shoes were clearly used - sent in a damaged box - with ripped and spare tissue paper. Not interested in sending photos. This is not the type of service I have learned to expect from Zappos!
