Everyday walking, standing, etc. Step in/hands free works fine!

After booking a lifetime bucket trip to see the Monarch Butterflies migration in the mountains Mexico, I was diagnosed with a small tear in my Achilles and tendinosis and am scheduled for surgery. I bought a pair of these Hokas with the hopes they could help get through the steep, sometimes challenging hikes required for the trip. To my surprise (and relief) I had zero Achilles pain the three days we were hiking. Not sure if it was the all because of these shoes but the result was the result!

Awesome shoe. Great traction and comfort for hiking or walking on travels or wherever but the best part is the slip on. So easy to put on and high quality.

I have neuropathy in my feet and need a shoe with good gripping technology. These Hoka with Mega Grip soled knock it out of the park

I bought these for my son who works as a delivery driver for a Christmas gift. He loves them! He raves about the comfortable fit, " It's like walking on a cloud."

Very stable hiking shoe that’s NOT gortex. I’m not a fan of gortex hiking shoes at all. These seem very well made and hopefully will last

They fit like all other Hokas, like a glove as long as you buy the right size. Love the better sole for everyday walking and the added stability from the stiffer sole.

These are the freaking best shoe, I have had in a long time! They are slip ons and you can hike in them. Very comfortable and fit almost perfectly!

I just came back from 2 weeks hiking in Colorado and Utah. I bought the Anacapa 2 as I was looking for something lightweight and "small" given I was travelling on a motorcycle and did not want to use up the entire space of one of my panniers for full-size hiking boots. I was in between trail running shoes and a low hiking shoe. After having examined the difference between both, I went with a hiking shoe due to the more stable/ durable sole accepting the weight disadvantage. I am super happy with the Anacapa 2. It performed very well on uneven rocky terrain in the Colorado Rocky's (and Great Basin) and did equally well in Utah on sand and smooth rock. Good grip and decent dampening. Of course I did not expect the same ancle support as I would get from a full-height 6-8in boot. On top of all that, I like the styling of the shoe not being overly flashy allowing it to be the only pair of non-motorcycle shoes I took on this trip. If I would need to find one Con, it would be more of a personal problem than a Hoka problem. I have narrow feet and believe that a C width would be even better than the D width offered.

Needed a new shoe for lite hiking with the dogs that had good tread and was comfortable too. This HOKA shoe fits that need perfectly. Would purchase again if this pair ever wore out, which is doubtful.

These shoes are very comfortable. I like how easy they are to slip on and off. The vibram soles make these shoes excellent for everyday wear. I prefer them over my Bondi pair.

I have been looking for a "slide in" shoe. Had multiple back surgeries and often need assistance bending over to put on shoes. For the most part, these are shoes that slide on. At the same time they are supportive; the tongue does not slip down. They have become my go to shoes for the day.
Very happy with the purchase.

Wearing this shoe for 3-4 weeks now. Really like the slip-on feature. The stability/cushion ratio is great. I also have a pair each of Bondi 8 and Bondi 7

This trail hiking slip in is awesome. My only suggestion would be if you could make one with the plush feeling of the Stinson ATR that I currently also have but all in all kudos for you developing a slip in hiker. I just got it in today and looking forward to a 5 mile hike in this year in Nevada mountains with it soon. Please keep providing the slip in shoes. Maybe you could do a bondi that's a slip in.

It is an extraordinary high performing functional shoe in all respects! The ease and functionality slip on and off makes it very user friendly. I'll use these primarily for both hiking and walking extremely comfortable.
