I got the size 4 wide and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 6 in women’s in regular shoes but this was my first purchase of new balances and heard they ran big. Love the color and style of this. I am 8 months pregnant so I got the width in wide to be on the safe side. I think I’ll be purchasing some more in the near future.

My usual adult size (5.5) was a half size large, so I tried the kids 3.5 and it was more than 2 full sizes too large. There was room for my index and middle fingers plus a little extra, between my heel and the back of the shoe. This isn't the first time I've purchased a 3.5 in kids shoes, but the first time they fit like a size 7.

Shoes arrived covered in pet hair. I reached out to customer support as I had bought these as a Christmas gift for someone. They told me I could exchange them but I would have to send them back within 14 days and if I didn’t I would be charged. Disappointing.

I wear a size 7 women and got the size 5 wide. It fits great, not too tight and enough room for my toes. Comfy and looks nice. Despite appearance of the sole, it isn't narrow or uncomfortable at all around the center.

Fit was Great.

Love these cute shoes for my grand daughter. The colors are really fun........and they seem pretty sturdy as she is hard on shoes.

My granddaughter loved the shoe, but it was slightly too big, slipping when she walked. Need to exchange for 1/2 size smaller

I am normally a fan of New Balance but these were a big NO. Not sure if it's because I bought kids version, but as soon as I took it out of the box, I could tell the quality was not there. I tried walking around my house in them and ended up getting a blister. Needless to say, I returned these.
