The shoes were too long and too wide; because of this the arch support was not even close to the location of the arch of my foot. In addition, the leather was exceptionally stiff and uncomfortable. Overall, a huge disappointment.

I hesitated to try this shoe because of the negative reviews, but I'm glad I tried it. The wide width accommodated my forefoot yet managed not to slip off my heel the way so many other models do. The leather is pretty much standard issue; I disagree with those who call it hard or stiff. This is not a shoe for extended periods of walking -- the sole isn't especially grippy and the shoe is woefully absent any arch support, its greatest drawback -- but it's perfectly OK for light casual/work wear.

Shoe was good, but did not support my feet, so they felt uncomfortable. Will have to find a different shoe.

I had to return. Very uncomfortable. The leather was too stiff.

I liked the look of this shoe and the leather was soft. I wear a size 12 and I got a B width. The shoe felt roomy all over but especially in the heel. My heel kept sliding out of the shoe as I walked. I didn’t feel a lot of arch support. I am returning them.
