Usually I wear New Balance, the higher end of the line due to my problem feet. I wear a women's size 12, or an 11.5, medium width. Often shoe manufacturers just use a last (the base of the shoe) designed for a man's foot for the larger women's shoe size. This shoe kinda feels that way except that the ball of the food is not quite wide enough. The real problem however is that the heel is too wide for my female foot. The shoe slips no matter how tightly I string the back end of the shoe. So, a bit narrow at the wide part of the toe box, and too wide in the heel. Not a good fit.

After 2 months of use (5 days/week of moderate walking no more than an hr at a time), the liner on the left shoe (inside just below the ankle) developed a hole. Nothing rubs or catches in that area, so no reason for a hole. The padding is now coming out. I probably have another month before they're unusable - that's a total of about 3 months of use - very disappointing! Not sure I'll purchase again - too bad as they were incredibly comfortable.

I have worn several models of this shoe for the past several years and I have liked them all. This one is great as well. I love the extra cushioning as I have had planter fasciitis in the past. These do feel a little bit stiffer than the Nimbus 25, but not much. These are still very cushioned and comfortable. I have only worn them for 30 minutes on a treadmill, but there is no breaking in period needed as with all of my previous pairs. To me that is the determining factor. I only walk, not run, but I do walk long distances often. Asics Gel-Nimbus have always lasted well and have not ever hurt my feet. I feel sure these will do the same. They look great and feel great. I would highly recommend these.

MS and neuropathy have resulted in stiff muscles in my feet, making the search for a comfortable shoe most challenging. I have ordered numerous brands and styles from Zappos, only to return them because of a painful fit. The ASIC GEL Nimbus 26 in womens wide changed that, near perfect in every way. Thank you, Zappos, for your accommodating return policy that has allowed me the time and ability to complete a successful search.

These feel like you are walking on clouds! They are a bit chunkier looking than the pictures show, but very lightweight. Returned because they felt a bit overkill for what I do: walking, jogging, and gym training. Definitely more suited for road running, or for those prone to sore joints.

I wore gel nimbus for years but then didn't seem as cushioned as before so changed to Brooks a few years ago. My son suggested trying nimbus again. I love them. I have high arch and the cushion is wonderful. The website recommended a 7.5 and it fits perfectly. I usually wear a 7

Took me about a week to break them in but I am loving them now! I’ve been wearing the hoka Clifton’s for the last few years but wanted to try these. There’s a lot more cushion than the Clifton’s. Very happy with the purchase! I did need to size up a half size from the Clifton’s.

These are comfortable shoes with good support and true to size. I liked them enough to buy a second pair. I use them for a walking shoe.

I have been wearing Asics gel shoes in the $70-80 range (ie Gel Contend) for several years. Asics has excellent arch support and good cushioning. I bought a pair of GEL nimbus 25 back in February at double the price because they had fabulous cushioning, and I love them. I ordered the GEL nimbus 26 expecting similar results and was very disappointed. The cushioning is far less and similar to the ones I had before at 1/2 the price. I am returning these and buying the GEL nimbus 25 from asics.com because Zappos doesn't have it.

Shoe is comfy but nit stylish. Beware after 2 months of use there are holes in each shoe where my big toe hits the material in top. Disappointed because shoes at this price point shoild not wear that easily.

Lightweight, well made, comfy. Usually wear size 10 Nike, which tend to run a tad narrow. This is wider in toebox, but fine in heel. Use mostly in gym & walking, but can wear all day long. I can feel the ground, yet like walking on a cloud.

Ended up keeping this style... has the cushion I wanted, but has stability, at the same time...

Toe box was smaller than normal or my feet have expanded! I've been buying these for years so I'm not sure why this happened on this particular model.

I've been wearing Gel Nimbus Asics for years. They have changed the sole so that they feel like Hokas now, which I also like, but I want the Asics shoe to stay an Asics shoe! If I wanted Hokas, I'd buy Hokas.

I wear these shoes as a nurse. After having them for 2 months, only wearing them 3 days a week, there is a hole where my big toe is. The shoes fit perfect and are true to size. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality especially for the high cost of these shoes.

These shoes looked good but the sides had a hard ridge that was uncomfortable and the tongue has a gripper pull that is a good idea but the material scratches my ankle.

Great! Light weight and comfortable

The shoes feel wonderful. They fit true to size. The cushioning is wonderful and you feel like walking on air. Me feet are very happy.

I Love these shoes and would/will buy them again as they wear out! Hope you still have this color and my size!

Love these shoes! I do think they are cut more narrow compared to the 25’s, but I was able to stay in my same size and not have any issues.
