Mine just arrived the other day and I have to say I am VERY pleased. Hands down, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned straight out of the box. With 8 years in the military daily wearing both combat and flight line boots, followed by 27 years in law enforcement, wearing mostly Danner boots, Merrell has them all beat. In the first two days, I've walked 12 miles at work in the warehouse and through the mud in the yard while caring for our livestock. My feet stayed dry and had zero irritation from a poor fit. I ordered "Wide" and that is exactly what I got. Given an average work day is typically 7 miles of walking, I'm sold!

I use my Moab 3s for work I can work rain or shine I can run, jump, climb, and everything in between and not worry about rolling my ankle. I love the Gore-Tex for the rainy muddy slick environment I work in never have to worry about my feet bro soaking wet!

I have an old pair of Merrill that I'm still using. These I find are more comfortable. I take my dog on runs through heavy woods and brush and open grass fields for bird hunting and training. These newer merrill are mor comfortable and feel lighter. The water proofing works so far. In the last couple of years I've had hip replacement and major back surgery. These shoes have helped with allowing me to walk longer and in more comfort.

This is my third pair of Moab's. Right out of the box the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on.

Best fitting Merrell boots I've ever used...and I own a lot of them. Wore them each day in rain soaked Oregon elk hunt this month. Totally dry and super comfortable. Will order another pair immediately in case of model changes in the future.

The last four years I've owned Moab's and loved them until I bought these. The redesign of the bottom has me questioning buying another pair. There used to be grip at the front of the toe box and that helped ascending up the mountain, not there now. The rubber seems to not grip as well. I slipped on more dry slaps of rock with these then I have in the past. I really think your R&D need to hike the northeast especially the Adirondacks to see the conditions we consistently deal. If design stays this way I don't know if I'll buy another pair.

Fits nice and very comfortable, easy to walk in and put on.

My Merell's are the best! Comfortable with an amazing grip

I bought these to replace an old pair of worn out Merrell Hiking/work boots and these are terrific. I wear 12 or 13 Wide shoes and these fit perfectly.

Been wearing Merrell shoes and boots for many years. They fit comfortably from the very start out of the box. The wide width gives my toes some welcome wiggle room. Highly recommend!

Been wearing MOAB's for years. These MOAB 3's run big. I usually wear a 9.5 but when I received them and tried them on, they felt like 10's. I had to order a 9 and now they fit perfect.

I bought these not for hiking but for work. I work outdoors and needed a comfortable and waterproof mid height boot. These meet my needs and have kept my feet dry during the rain and comfortable after a long day on my feet, plus they look good also. I like them so much that I bought another pair in the olive color so I can switch them up every couple of days.

Bought these 3-4 months ago,great fit,excellent traction.
