Nano X4 is perfect for cross training - light and stable - excellent side-to-side support.

I use these for weight training, and I'm likely never switching from them again. I had Nano X1's a few years back but decided to try a competitor shoe, which turned out to be really uncomfortable and rigid. These Nano X4's are the opposite: supportive, flexible, and comfortable. I almost forget I'm wearing them and never worry about them giving me foot pain, etc. Also very stable shoe for squatting or simply anchoring your feet when benching.

I have used other Reebok training shoes before but x4 is the perfect blend of all the things needed to be a great workout shoe. I compared the nano2.0 when but this shoe is much better. Go a size up

I am a personal trainer and need the right shoes for the right exercises. For HIIT, these are my go to shoes. I've tried Nike, RAD ONE, Tyr and found for HIIT that the Nano X4 was the best as it gave me great support and cushion while allowing me to move around with confidence.

Very stable and great for gym/calisthenics. They breathe well and provide great support for lifting, walking, or other dynamic exercises. Not sure I would run in these fwiw.

I've worn many different pairs of shoes prior to buying my Reebok X4 Nano's. These are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and give me the support that I've been looking for prior to wearing them. I always had knee pain and would often get plantar fasciitis. I've been wearing them for two weeks now and all of my knee pain is gone and my legs feel great. I'm actually getting ready to buy a second pair. Please don't stop making these shoes.

This is my sixth A Reebok nano. I use them to work out in the gym. They give me the support that I need and the comfort. Not to mention they're very stylish once I wear them out in the gym. I still use them every day footwear. I always keep one pair for Jim one pair for the road

This is my first time purchasing these specifically for crossfit workouts. They are very comfortable and more importantly are super stable for heavy lifting. That said they are versatile enough for short term cardio, runs, bikes and rowing. I usually go with a shoe with a wider toe box but these offer enough room. Great choice of colors too! #sweepstakes

I've always bought Reebok Nanos. They are the best all around weight lifting shoe. I'm always stable when lifting heavy and the shoes are comfortable! The color is also amazing! I usually get black shoe, but went a little out of my comfort zone and got these and the color definitely doesn't disappoint! So pretty!

I strictly use these shoes for power lifting and have found them to provide a solid platform. Compared to previous shoes of a minimus platform, I highly recommend.

I love these shoes. They're very stable and comfortable. I had an earlier version that the eyelets for the laces wore out & I wasn't to pleased, but these appear to be better designed.

I bought these to replace Nano 8s and appreciate the more snug fit (previous shoes were the same size, but had more room in the toe box). They have been stable for lifting and durable for plyometric work.

Daily use for weight training and CrossFit. Not great for long distance runs. Anything over a mile is not recommended. #sweepstakes

I have several pairs of the Nano X4. The shoe works well for HIIT and agility training, and just fine for all other types of training. In the future I will size up in the Unisex shoe, as its listed Women's sizing runs smaller than the Women's shoe. Overall, LOVE THE NANO X4.

Nanos have been the only shoe that makes my feet feel good with all of the various movements we do in CrossFit. Wide toe box- check, support in heel- check, firm for rope climbs- check. 10/10 recommend.

I use this product for crossfit. Very good fit and helps with lateral moves, and lifting. Its the best versions that i have owned.

My husband and I literally own 20+ pairs EACH of the Nano X thru X4's! They are our go-to's! Even when we venture off and try new brands, we always come back to Reebok Nano's. Comfy/versatile!

I use these shoes for training and also for everyday wear. Ive had multiple pair as the Nano has evolved and i still have my original pair that is 10 years old and still great. The toe box is perfect
