These shoes are great for lifting with stable platform and then also work well for WOD/metcon. They do run narrow in the arch so be wary of that - If you have wide feet, may not work for you

Great fit

Got them for a spin and lift fitness class - these have proven great for any kind of gym activity. They feel supportive without having too much cushion (which was the problem I was finding with wearing running shoes to the class before). #sweepstakes

I loved my Nano x3s, but after a year needed a new pair. The x4s feel nice! Can't tell a huge difference between the two. In general, great lifting shoe that I can also comfortably finish my workout with a few minutes on the treadmill in. These have been my favorite strength training gym shoes... I have the metcons as well, but they're pretty clunky.

Great support and comfort - toes are comfortable but not too wide. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your gym wear.
