Love this model of the Nano. I have tried prior models with varying degree of success, but this one is my new favorite. I've considered buying a 2nd pair as a back up before they change the design again. Why do I love it? Good cushion and solid stability in the heel without feeling heavy or bulky. Fits well through the toybox. I was in old Nike Metcons before this and am so happy to switched. They are a good all-around shoe for oly lifts, running, box jumps, landing from several feet up after a rope climb.

Reebok keeps wanting me to review the Nano x4. I bought two pairs of Nano x3, which I love. I need stability shoes, and I am in the gym a lot. Now that I think of it, I returned a pair of Nano x4. They were not as well-made and did not give me the same stability.

I do appreciate these shoes for the stability it offers for gym work outs and they look cool too. Some reviewers complained that they ran small and advised to size up. I did and found that the half size up was too big. I usually wear a size 9 in Nanos (my third pair) and found that size 9 fits perfectly in the X4. Some also complained that the toes box was too narrow and squished their toes. While the X4 does appear to have a gentler rounded toe box, I did not find it squished my toes or in any way prevented my toes from splaying out as with previous Nanos I owned. The difference with the toes box, in my case, was minimal. Perhaps the other reviewers have wide or wider feet then I, which may account for the differences. That being said, I do not have narrow feet, I wear standard sized shoes. So, maybe if your feet are not on the wider side, the sizing and toe box are not off. Anyhow, these are great shoes and happy I got them, even if I had to exchange my size 9.5 for my usual 9.

Wanted a shoe good for HITT/Metcon classes, I was just wearing my running shoes. people suggested this shoe. I was impressed w. how sturdy they felt when squatting etc but for running (airrunner) they are awful. So not as versatile as I hoped.

This is my second pair of Nanos- I'm a fitness trainer and they are the best for all sorts of cross training- excellent lateral support. Lightweight but don't skimp on stability- best in class by far!

My go to shoe was the Nike free Metcon 5, but after trying these, I am liking them just as much. A bit stiffer than the Free's but great for lifting and can also run with their flexibility.

Love Nanos! This is my favorite pair because of the wide toe box. They provide stability for my lifts and support for the occasional HIIT class. Would (and have) repurchased!!

This is my third time buying this shoe. I usually work out 4 to 5 times weekly at my CrossFit gym. The shoes are awesome for cross-training and lifting if I forget to get my lifting shoes. I love that they fit my wide feet.

These are fantastic. Not only do they loom stylish and clean, but they are so comfortable. There are my go to shoes for the gym. They offer plenty of support and are good during various movements. I get so many compliments on these shoes. I hope Reebok keeps them for a long time. Thank you!

Nano4s are stable, versatile training shoes that for me didn't require any break-in time to be comfortable. The toe box is wide for my feet but not in a way that makes the shoes feel too big or awkward. Great for jumping and squatting movements without being too heavy of a shoe. The uppers look like they're not rugged enough for rope climbs and I can't imagine running very far in these, but for most gym stuff they're excellent. And the colors are so much fun! #sweepstakes

The hard and flat sole is great for lifting. They are much more stable for heavy lunges, squats and pushing the sled than the shoes I was using (and they are cute too). #sweepstakes
