It's that wierd style of barely no cushioning in the front and to much in the back. I believe the industry has already moved away from these models, and now I know why. Also, when they say wide, they only mean the upper, so your foot hangs over the sole, pretty dumb; a wide foot is a wide foot, give it real support!

I was very surprised by these. I was a former adrenaline junkie, but as I became a more experienced runner I switched away from brooks as they are very basic shoes that aren’t as exciting as what’s out there. After a recent injury and just overall slower runs, I found myself coming back this time trying the glycerin. These are definitely a softer shoe than brooks normal, and have a little bounce. I took a 3 miler with them and was very pleased. Will be a good option for days when I just need something comfortable and will do the job.

I’ve worn Brooks for years. For a while they weren’t as comfortable, this pair are great.

Most comfortable and soft riding Brooks shoes I have owned… my second pair & I’m a 5 miler daily cruiser. Great shoe!!

Until now, I have worn narrows but have not been able to find any. So, I got medium, which, in this case, was narrower than expected but fits fine.

The left foot felt tighter than the right, but I have problem feet.

These were so cute. Sadly, I had to return them because the way the tongue is stitched onto the body is thick and rough and easily felt through the sock on the top of my foot. I'm usually very tolerant of things like this, but couldn't look past it with this shoe.

I always get an 11 even though my shoe size is a 10.5. These delivered as stated: very cushiony and wider toe box in the D width. Just what I need. I both 3 pairs for the future when they decide to change the product. Very happy with these.

I feel like they are about a half too small, but I'll give a few weeks to break them in and I'll see how they then.

fit is good for a wide foot.

The shoes fit great. I wear them 4 to 6 times a week. Itry to walk 7- 9 miles a day.

This is the most cushion in an athletic shoe. Excellent for those with arthritis or joint problems.

I’ve been wearing Brooks for 12 years and they keep improving. This Glycerin 21 fit for me is excellent and I couldn’t be happier. I have several pairs of Ghost which also have great fit, but Glycerin 21 has a much softer, cushioned feel.

The shoes look great and are extremely comfortable.

It's comfy, but a bit too cushiony for me. I'm on my feet all day and I felt a bit wobbly wearing it.

As usual with Brooks, these shoes are a great fit. Brooks are the best shoe for pavement walking as the soles last 2-3 times longer than others. Great color and fit. I am female, but buying the men's shoes as the color selection is better. Hey Brooks, how about some better colors in women's models?

As a diabetic, type 2, I’ve got to be careful about shoe choices. Amongst other things, I need a wide, comfortable, shoe, that’s supportive and well cushioned. I think the Brooks Glycerin 21 met all of those conditions. I originally bought the Brooks Glycerin 21 GTS, but the toe box felt a bit cramped. I have custom inserts and when I put them in, the GTS shoe was not workable. The Glycerin 21 has a slightly more rounded toe box and that was enough to get the inserts in and provide a comfortable fit. Normally, I buy Brooks Ghost shoes. But the color choices in that model were horrible. Brooks admits to manufacturing limited numbers of wide models because of the size of the market. This definitely leads to less stylish choices for me. I’m not slamming Brooks, they’re a great company. I just happen to have oddly sized feet.

These shoes fit great. They are comfortable and breathe very well. Long distance walks, or a quick run.

Perfect shoe for a man with multiple invasive foot surgeries, bought size 11 fit one foot, had to get 10.5 for the other foot, expensive but he has always loved Brooks and damaged foot deserves comfort.

I’ve been looking for this color combination in a Brooks running shoe for a long time and now you’ve done it for me. Brooks is always a perfect fit and so comfortable. Thank you.
