I was looking for a quality ankle length boot and this fulfilled everything I wanted. I'm between a normal and wide widthand while it's a little snug at first, the letter adjusted after wearing for a full two days. It looks so smart and classyok for work or for casual use. Rubber bottom is good too!

Great quality and fit. It has been tricky to find a good Chelsea boot that fits and looks very nice. This is it. I got each color and they are very nice. I love how this black suede version also has a very tiny hint of shimmer in the elastic section of the shoe. Very cute and elegant.

This bootie is made from nice leather, is easy to pull on, is comfortable, and stylish-looking. I had purchased a pair of booties from another retailer and they were made from cheap-looking "faux" leather, were difficult to put on and take off, and were very uncomfortable. I promptly sent them back and ordered the Cole Haan booties and am SO glad I did! These are well worth the price!

Amazing shoe! It's very comfortable and does not feel like you are wearing heels at all. The leather quality of it is incredible and it looks great as well. It's easy to match with my outfits. I have gotten many compliments on it!

I already owned these boots in another color and knew that they were very comfortable and versatile. I bought the tan suede when it went on sale. I am already enjoying wearing them now in January and plan to wear them into the spring with cropped lighter color pants or skirts.

I have had these boot for a bit now and they could not be more comfortable and classic. They are great with jeans and dress pants. The color is warm and classic being on trendy but not trendy. But the best is I think I could walk a marathon in them. I have regular issues with plantar fasciitis and my feet are just generally picky - not wide or narrow. And these are great.

I purchased these on clearance so it is a risk when you cannot return. I wear a size 9 to 9.5 and wasn't sure which to get. I went with the 9 and so glad I did. Very compfy!

Great fit! I usually order 7.5 in Cole Haan shoes, but in boots an 8, which works for me. A good looking casual boot.
