This is the perfect backpack for work! The leather is soft and strong. It is surprisingly big - fits my 15" Macbook Pro and everything I need for work including my lunch. There are a bunch of pockets. One of the best purchases I've made in a while.

Loooove this bag! Only thing I wish is for a couple of more holes to make the backpack straps a bit tighter. But I love how chic it is and it perfectly fits my laptop.

Loved the navy blue as well as compartments, received compliments from friends and family. I use a walker and the backpack is wonderful due to the fact I don't need my hands to hold the bag.

I love its sleek, professional look; the ability to wear it three ways (though the shoulder bag approach feels a bit awkward on); and all the compartments, both inside and out. It's easy to organize and access your items. The bag is surprisingly lightweight, considering all the leather in it. If you're looking for an upgrade from your corporate swag laptop backpack, get this one!

It is the perfect size for work to home and back again. Empty the bag is very lightweight but it is made well so is strong enough to last me years. The leather is beautiful and the slim design makes it a backpack I can wear at age 48 and not feel ridiculous. Nice job, Cole Haan!

This is my favorite work bag of all time. Fits a lot, including my laptop, iPad, and all my other essentials. I love how it can be carried as a top handle bag, off the shoulder, or as a backpack. Makes running through the airport easier versus a tote....and I don't look like Dora the Explorer in this beaut!

I needed a bag for travel, and this is the perfect size. It is very elegant and beautifully made. I love the color. All the outside pockets have zippers to keep passports and other important documents safe.

This is a great piece for the professional woman. Very well made and attractive, love how it converts into different carrying styles. It is cavernous and can hold so much! Bought this for my wife to celebrate her new role at work and she loves it. Haven't seen another bag similar to it elsewhere. So far so good!

Love, love, love! As a mom with a toddler, I wanted something fashionable and functional. This bag checks all the boxes and more.

Issues I had with this bag: -TOP HANDLES- I wish the top handle was wider so it can be worn on the crook of my arm. It's also too uncomfortable to hold, it needs to be rounded and cushioned. It doesn't sit right in my hand and awkwardly overlaps. -STRAPS- Straps are flimsy and easily bent out of shape. It is also very difficult to adjust the length. It's too long to be worn as a shoulder bag and wearing it cross body looks ridiculous if you have a small frame. I would rather it be a shoulder bag/backpack combo with a detachable crossbody strap. -ZIPPERS- The zippers are not smooth (not YKK) and I don't understand why it extends beyond the bag width. It doesn't aid in opening the bag wider and serves no purpose. -LAPTOP BUCKLE- This bag is intended to fit 15in laptops or smaller but can hold a 16in. The caveat is that you can't use the buckle for it. 16in MacBooks are a thing so limiting it with this buckle seems silly. -OUTER FRONT POCKET- The flap that hides the zipper makes the bag look unfinished since the sides are raw. It also doesn't completely close so it makes it a susceptible to rain and is a pocket for dirt to accumulate. The hidden zipper also means you can't use it to attach any keychains. There's no other place on the bag that could accommodate one either. Things that would be nice to have: -EXPANDABLE- This bag is constructed like a manila envelope. It would be great if there were buttons to allow it to expand from manila envelope to paper grocery bag. -KEYCHAIN HOLDER- Badges for work, ID tags for travel, hand sanitizer, there are so many reasons to have one. -FEET- I want the bag to be able to stand on its own. This bag has a lot of potential and is still the best bag I've found that can accommodate a large laptop and is still fashionable. The leather quality is fantastic and I'm looking forward to improved iterations of it.
