I bought this bag about 18 month ago to replace a well-worn Samsonite carry-on, and chose it because it's bigger than all other carry-on spinners I could find [but still w/in the general size limits of carry-ons for SouthWest, Delta, and AA]. I use this bag for all 3 to 7+ day business and personal trips (except cruises) because I really hate to check luggage AND and can fit everything I need into it with ease. I never have to "expand" it to fit everything in it [incl. shirts, pants, shorts, tech shirts, toiletry bag, swim trunks, gym clothes, sneakers, and an extra pair of shoes]. The outer zippered pocket is great for my rain jacket outbound and dirty laundry on the way back. Lately, my wife has been using my bag when she travels for business (she prefers mine to her smaller 21" carry-on Samsonite spinner). So I just ordered this model for her in blue. Now we'll both be happy! I highly recommend this bag, especially if various other 21" or 22" spinners are a bit too small.

The (internal height) of 20.3" is incorrect - it is nowhere near that (18.5").

We have taken one international trip and the handle is now sticking disappointing for a Samsung piece and it's not in stock anymore from where I purchased it

This luggage carrier is awesome. The wheels are smooth and sturdy.there's an enough space for me and my wife to pack for a week long trip together. Zippers work well and there are plenty of pockets for things. We love this and it was a nice upgrade to bigger clunkier luggage we has

I travel a lot for work and have had numerous different suitcases over the years. I've owned all the major luggage brands at one time or another and have learned which brands hold up well and which do not. Samsonite is the best out thereand this Ascella 3.0 is no exception.The main compartment is wide and deep, and it has a nice tight bungee strap to help compress the clothes down.I had a trip to Atlanta,II was able to fit everything that I needed for my 2-day stay. It has so many pockets and compartments. Also it has a luggage tag that's attached.I was highly impressed by how sturdy and beautiful it was. I really love all the little hidden areas where I can put my cosmetics and toothpaste separate and also separate my really important items so I can keep them safe. Because of dual spinner wheels it rolls really smooth and does not tip over. Overall I really love the size and the quality is really great !

This suitcase is perfect. I like the size of it since it's big enough that I can be well packed for a vacation while also being small enough that I could get away with it being a carry on. It also seems very well built and won't easily become damaged through the roughness of flying.

I was eagerly excited to try out the Samsonite Ascella luggage. My family and I were planning a family trip. So this was definitely a must have. It has so many pockets and compartments. Also it has a luggage tag that's attached. So no more worrying about those cheap tags that just never stay on. I was highly impressed by how sturdy and beautiful it was. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Just went to Disneyland and this came just in time. Was the perfect size to put my kids clothes and shoes in to stay for a few days. So light weight they were able to carry it up a flight of stairs themselves. Rolls really smooth and does not tip over.

I'm really glad I got this suitcase because the qualities really good and I love the color that it came in. I got it just in time for a trip to San Diego and I was able to fit everything that I needed for my 2-day stay. I love everything about this carry on suitcase and can't wait to use it on my next trip. It's a gorgeous purple color and will be easy to spot in baggage claim if I decide to check it (I avoid plain black luggage for this very reason). The high quality of this suitcase is evident at first glance and nothing was missed or skimped on. The material, stitching, zippers, handle and wheels are all top notchand I'm very picky! This thing feels very sturdy and glides along next to me effortlessly. It should hold up well against the airlines' rough handling, and I won't have to worry about a zipper busting open or a wheel falling off. But the best part about this carry on bag is the generous size! I've never had a carry on that will hold so much stuff. The main compartment is wide and deep, and it has a nice tight bungee strap to help compress the clothes down. I may actually be able to fit a whole week's worth of clothes into a carry on, which is a complete game changer! It also has a lot of pockets and hidden storage areas - both inside and out. The design of this bag was well thought out and it makes use of every square inch. I highly recommend this suitcase and will be purchasing some of the other pieces in the set!

The Samsonite Ascella 3.0 Carry On Spinner. Intended to be carry on sized for most major domestic airlines has everything you need, it's very durable. I like that. It has a top and side carry handle. It rolls with hardly any effort at all. It has a quick access USB pass through pocket which is handy. It even comes with a removable wet pack for that swimsuit. it also has a retractable ID tag which is also nice. zippers work great, nice and smooth action.

I was so happy when I got this in the mail last week just in time for vacation. I love the brand Samsonite. This is the perfect carry-on. I have a tote that can go right over the trolley handle that matches our perfectly. It's only 7.7lbs. I love that you can put a lock on the zipper for extra precautions. It has a quick access to a usb pass- through pocket to charge any device, dual spinner wheels, multi trolley handle, removable wet pack, smart fix buckle for packing, retractable ID tag, zippered mesh pocket and lines pocket on the door panel. This was perfect to take as a carry on for vacation. I had everything packed inside that I needed for the whole week! I just offered more for my kids and husband.

I got this because I was looking for the perfect luggage for traveling. I have found what I am looking for. This luggage has so many compartments to store stuff in. It is also very roomy. I also love that it has straps to make sure you luggage stays in place. It is the perfect size for traveling on a plane to be able to carry your luggage in the plane. It also has wheels to make it easier to carry long distances. It is made very durable. It feels very well made. I feel like this luggage will last a long time because of the way it was made. I absolutely love this luggage and recommend anyone looking for a durable perfect size luggage to get this one you will not be disappointed.

Samsonite is my go to for luggage and I just got this Ascella 3.0 carry-on and I'm so excited to use it for an upcoming flight. I travel frequently and I hate checking bags. This is the perfect size for my carry-on. The suitcase itself is light, but still sturdy. I love the spinner wheels...it's the only way to go when running through airports! I like the USB pass-through pocket on the front. The pocket is a great size for a battery pack that I can easily access for my peripherals. The inside of the suitcase is spacious and a great size for weekend trips. Lastly, I love that the suitcase is expandable!! That's awesome for when I need just a tad bit of extra space. I'm so happy with the quality of the carry-on and now I'm considering purchasing the matching larger suitcase for longer trips!

This is an amazing piece of luggage. It's a perfect size for a weekend or week trip. It rolls beautifully perfect, sideways and forward and backwards. The inside is Very well equipped with cris crossover , elastic support to keep belongings in place. One thing I love is a side pouch that zips up to keep anything spilling on clothes. Just perfect and love it!!!

My favorite thing about this carry-on is the smoothness with which it rolls. Even with a travel backpack attached it still rolls on all four wheel smoothly and without issue. The material from which it is constructed is thick and feels durable. The zippers feel heavy duty, as well.

I have an upcoming trip so I needed a carry on. I've never been on a plane before so never had a use for a carry on till now. This thing is amazing. There are so many pockets and different compartments to put things is great. It wheels around so smooth its just great. Little piece of advice if you have this and are looking for the power cord passthru spot, try some brighter light. Took us a good half hour to figure that one out

It's perfect for what I need. I'm hoping it'll be very easy for me to lift it up and put it in the overhead compartment in the airplane. It can fit a lot more than you think, Good quality. Recommend it!!

I always struggled finding the right size bag to take with me on a plane as a travel bag . This suitcase is quality made with wheels and heavy duty material ! It's fit in the top compartment perfectly

This suitcase works great. The wheels move seamlessly allowing for easy trasitions in the airports. The case is made of sturdy material and has a great protected area to put all of your information in case it is lost.

This is a perfect carry-on for traveling on an airplane or a road trip. The wheels are smooth and move around without getting stuck! The inside holds everything needed for a weekend getaway. It is also very light weight so it's easy to handle. Overall, I highly recommend!

This carry-on suitcase is perfect for travel. The suitcase is very spacious and very easy to control with wheels that move in all directions. The handle height it perfect size. I'm 6 foot 1 and it's nice not having to bend down to reach.

Excellent carry-on suitcase for my daughter, being her first big girl suitcase
