I genuinely love this boot. However it has an Achilles heel. The laces are a loop. If your lace breaks there is no way to fix it. Unfortunately, you can't just go out and get a regular shoe lace.

First day today; loved them. Arrived at home and was taking them off and a shoelace just came out of the middle fastener. Im upset and dont even know how many stars but I would buy some different boots until they fix this issue

I can barely get my feet into the boots. I even got a size larger. They are awful. I can get the larger boots on with great effort but they are just entirely to big once on my foot. If you could unlace them I think they would work in the smaller size. The smaller size would probably be perfect if I could get my foot into them.

Poor design. You have to fight like heck to get it on. I by no means have a wide foot and couldn't get it on. Be careful of this when purchased online. Try on in a store!

Ordered women's size 7. Way too big! Must have gotten a men's size. Wore once snd can't send them back. I'm finished with Hey Dude shoes and boots.! Box was torn and crumbled. Terrible.

The shoelace came out of the fastener the FIRST time I wore them. I contacted customer service twice over the past week with no reply. Needless to say this is my last pair of shoes from this company and will not recommend them anymore. Thanks for the veterans discount but not worth it for a defective product.

I ordered two pairs, size 14 and 15, wasn't sure what size I needed or which would fit best. I returned the size 14 and kept the 15 and requested a refund, it's been six weeks since the returned pair was delivered to Hey Dude. No refund as of today. I really do love the shoes, just wish I had only paid for one pair instead of two.

Very comfortable and light. I ordered 1.5 size larger and they fit perfect. Cannot slip on like the summer shoes though.

My husband says they are super comfy and warmer than his regular Hey Dudes so these will be great for winter.

Bought these for my 36 year old Son, who wears Hey Dudes, but Not these . Just didn't like the look. To each their own I guess.
