Absolutely Perfect

I love the material and of course they are comfy!

Nice style to the shoe. The right shoe in the pair needed some breaking in. Little bit of lump by the toes to deal with.

Replacement for a worn out pair that I wore and washed for 5 plus years. New pair seems a little bigger but no such thing as a size 11.5. Love 'em!

Shoes are very nice, however had to send them back for a larger size and asked for an exchange. Still waiting for either the exchange or refund. Emailed customer service and still haven't heard back. These were for a Christmas present and now I'm afraid he won't get them since the website says his size is gone. I have never had a problem with Hey Dude site until now. Recommend not asking for an exchange just a refund and buying another pair. This is very frustrating.

Runs a little small compared to the rest of the size 12 shoes I have purchased from hey dude. But they do stretch so they just might need more time to be broken in. Over all good product and I would purchase again

Look great but the elastic to tie them is next to impossible to untie if you want to adjust it.

I don't know because it was a final product and they did not fit so I could not wear them. Had to give them away and lost out on the money

I love the shoes, but wish there were half sizes. I'm in between sizes.....7 is a tad too small and the 8 is a tad too big, so I have to add thicker socks or thicker Inserts. For some reason I didn't see that clearance items are non refundable as well.

I love Hey Dudes and my family agrees with me. I'm just wanting for some clarity regarding this particular pair of Dudes. I bought them for my son for Christmas. I ordered the wrong size (10) by mistake. I folllowed your procedure and mailed them back requesting size (8). I haven't heard back from anyone regarding this transaction. Shoe is weak structurally. Comfortable, but does not support foot or ankle well.

I used the sizing guide on the Hey Dude listing for this shoe and ordered a size 10. Shipping was super slow. I received them a couple of weeks after I ordered them. When they finally arrived, I realized that the sizing guide was wrong, and I should have ordered size 11, as they are just a little too small for me. I went to the site to exchange, but between the time I ordered and received them, this product had been changed to a "final sale item," and an exchange or return was not an option. It was not on clearance or "final sale" when I ordered them. Live chatting with their customer service was fruitless; all they would say is that since it's a final sale item, they can't take them back. So does anyone want to buy these from me? They are useless to me.

The only bad part of these is the laces they dont have the normal end and fall out easily and are a lot looser then older versions
