The strap that's connects to the aide of the shoe has torn the hole that holds the strap somehow. I've only worn these sparingly in regular walking conditions for less than 2 months, nothing strenuous or demanding. I tried to contact customer service ans they won't honor the manufacturer warranty.

Super comfortable! I found them to be even MORE! Comfortable than the originals in my opinion. Im an 7M/W8 Had to size down to a 6M/W8 for these. Overall great look! Fun different absolutely loving them. Awesome color options.

My almost 14 year old daughter wanted these but I was afraid to order them because of all the reviews with the sizing. I really hope my review helps someone. I wear a women's size 10 and I tried the lavender color on in a store. I was able to get my feet in a size 7 but they were a little snug so I'm almost certain I could fit that color in a 8 and it would fit me even though I'm a women's 10. I only tried them on because I was already in the store and I just to see how the sizing was because the website said they ran big. Well in that case they did. I kept reading reviews and even watched YouTube videos and I still couldn't get a clear answer on how the different colors fit. I got tired of researching and ordered her normal size 9 in black because that's the color she wanted. The color black runs TRUE TO SIZE. I am so glad I didn't size down like it said. Maybe she would have been able to fit the 8 but she wouldn't have had the room that she has in the 9 plus she wears all her crocs with socks. What is really irritating is that the website says runs large size down. Size down to what? If you buy Converse it'll say runs a half size large, size down so you know to size down half a size. Crocs just leaves you out there and says size down. I already know from just two colors that the sizing is different depending on what color you get. I can't help you with the other colors but If you get black just order your normal size. They are really cute one her and she loves them but it's sad I had to take a risk on sizing. I would also like to add that even though the style looks longer than her normal Crocs, the inside fits the same as her normal Crocs.

I have been looking for a pair of shoes like these for years now! I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs along with swelling. Most of the time I cannot keep shoes on my feet because of having no feeling there. This elastic strap on the heel has not only helped me to be able to put my shoes on without any assistance, but the shoes stay on my feet! They are very lightweight and I feel so secure walking on all surfaces!! Thanks CROCS for helping the old gal out!!

I tell everyone no possibly can about how COMFORTABLE this pair of crocs is! Omg! This is my 3rd pair of crocs but it's the most comfortable pair I've owned and I love them!

Every day wear . Could not wear the classic because of no support. These are perfect. I can walk all day in these without any problems

These are perfect if you can get the sizing right. I wear a size 10 and I ordered a 10z. I, also, have a wide foot. These run big, but if you wear socks with them, they will pickup the slack. If you wear them in Sport-mode, the strap will push your foot forward thereby leaving a gap in the back. The strap is not adjustable and will break easilyso be careful. Crocs will honor their warranty. Other than all of that, I love them for the insole. So comfortable

It's been 4 months since I had this shoe and it was a journey so far, buckle up. I ordered the shoe in a size 9, because most my shoes are in size 9 (airforce 1, vans and etc.). When I got the shoes, they were larger but labeled as a 9, short context it was a little larger than my size 10 croc classic. As a result of the size I shrunk them for 15 minutes (youtubed it). First month, dealt with blisters on heel. Second month, around the tongue area felt tight, they felt better in sport mode but I had to take a second and squish my foot in (easy though). By the end of the second month (Feb.) It seemed, I broke into my crocs or they adjusted to my feet. Overall it was a process and I gave the shoes time. FYI I would occasionally wear them as they were my go to shoe. I tried many time wearing the shoe with no socks, my feet end up sweating so I wear them with socks. Sport mode feels more comfortable and unlike the classic crocs they do not crease easily, I've done squats in these crocs and no crease marks but that is my review so far good shoe, just watch out for the flaws I mentioned.

Perfect fit but size down

These are the best feeling Crocs I've owned to date. I wasn't expecting them to feel as comfortable as they did. Felt a little taller and it also felt like I was walking on gel. Very comfortable feel

I like it but I had to give it to someone who has bigger feet than me. You have to size down for the echos. I know better now.

Love them I have 5 pair in different colors and wear them as soon as I get home from a busy day on My feet all day

I bought these in size 8 women's white awhile ago I was sad I had to return them because they fitted me like a size 9. I'm a true 7.5 and I always worn size 8 women's in crocs so I got these in size 8 and they were way too big. If you're gonna buy these I recommend sizing down 1 from your normal croc size. If you have chubby wide feet you might be able to get away with your normal croc size. I have wide feet but they're not chubby so it was too big for me. Very comfortable and sturdy though. Still recommend it. I got men's size 11 for my husband a week ago. He loves it. He said they're more comfortable than the classic clogs.

These are very comfortable but does run BIG so you will need to size down .

Love these echo crocs have them in almost every color. Usually wear a 9 but I got an 8 and it fits very comfortably

Bought these for my son! He loved them! So far I have purchased 23 pairs of crocs and gvn 3 prs away to Non-Crocs owners! Spreading JOY! The 20 are mine! *= )

Great for the beach, walking around the mall, fishing, kayaking, plenty of other activities. I find them to fit slightly loose but have gotten used to it and find them very comfortable now. I normally wear a size 12 in brands like Adidas/Nike but for these I went with an 11 after having tried them in store. I would recommend them to a friend.

Love this style! Totally recommend, very comfortable. Usually a size 8 but sized down to a 7 since they run big.
