A great running shoe! They fit me perfectly and I love how light they are!

I have over 100 miles on my pair and I can easily say it's a new favorite. As an Altra employee and long time wearer of the brand, this shoe really elevates the lineup in the best way.

Got a sneak peak of this shoe as an Altra employee. Gotta say, I love it!! Soft, yet responsive and smooth ride underfoot. Fun to run in, comfy enough to wear all day.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about a 4mm drop shoe after exclusively wearing 0 drop. But I actually really like these a lot and they are now my go to road/treadmill shoe. The rocker is probably my favorite feature. Really cushioned and comfy.

I haven't worn a shoe with a drop in about 5 years and was pleasantly surprised by these! They feel firm in the midfoot and squishy in the heel. Easy to lace and run true to size. Excited to add these to my shoe rotation.

Altra created a shoe to help people ease into zero drop. Great lightweight yet sturdy runner. Love the advanced rocker shape geometry! Can't forget to mention how sleek these shoes look! Can't wait to get some serious fall miles in these bad boys!

I've worn Altras for several years, so I was surprised when the low-drop came on the scene here! I'm glad I tried it -- it's such a comfortable shoe, right out of the box, and the rocker shape makes you want to MOVE! I've been wearing these for shorter, faster runs, and I think that's where they'll continue to fit into my shoe rotation.

I love this shoe. Just a slight drop, great response off the ground. They feel fantastic.

I've spent some time looking for the right 'everyday' shoe and I finally found it. The fit, comfort, color and weight are amazing, but the subtle rocker is the cherry on top for me. It adds the tiniest bit of momentum to my step, which has made all the difference for both workouts and errands around town - I can't stop wearing them!

Great test run at work on these new altras! Comfy and enjoyable on a quick 5k.

This is a natural addition to my running shoe rotation. The FWD Experience combined with my zero drop Altras is a great combination as I build my training for my marathon. The drop is subtle, but still brings a familiar feeling that I have had with drop shoes in the past. And the combination of the snug width around my arch and the large toe box makes me feel very supported on runs.

Very nice and easy ride to this shoe. Not overly wide feeling; hugged my mid foot but plenty of room in toebox. Feels like a great intro to Altra shoe if you're looking to try for the first time. Not overly "squishy," more on the firm side so I could see being able to pick up the pace a bit and not feel bogged down.

Love how soft yet supportive they are. Usually my knees hurt ~2 miles into my run but they don't with these shoes. Would definitely recommend!

My favorite pair of Altras so far. They are comfortable, supportive but light and minimal.

This shoe feels great while running and looks great too. I have a lot of shoes from Altra, but this is one I'll be able to take on a run and then also wear in the airport with my joggers.

As soon as I slipped these on my feet felt happy! There is a good spring forward feeling met with comfortable cushion that feels amazing on my recovery run days and a great new option in my rotation!

I really have enjoyed my time in the fwd exp. shoe! It's snug where it needs to be snug and my toes can still spread out after a long day on my feet. I will highly recommend this shoe to folks looking for a daily trainer or everyday walking shoe! It thrives in many facets :)

I get so many compliments every time I wear these shoes! My runs feel smooth and light, and I love these for all day long as well. My feet feel great, and it's a nice rotation into my Altra line up to mix up the feel.

I am fortunate to test many new Altra shoes and I have never been more excited about a new style than the AltraFWD Experience! This shoe is lightweight, springy, fast and best of all... CUTE. The ultimate shoe for my daily dog walks or a light jog or 5K.

Oh my gosh! What a new experience! First impression straight out of the box was extremely light weight and loved the colors! First run in them was even better! Had good amount of cushion but didn't feel bogged down by it. Fit and size was right on the nose! Highly recommend this shoe for anyone looking for a daily trainer or looking for added cushion. Didn't even notice the 4mm drop and the rocker in the shoe was an added plus that made my run feel more effortless.

Game changer for those who are putting in serious road miles! The minimal drop provides relief to runners who are prone to achilles tightness in the zero drop models. Lightweight but nice cushion, and super snappy!

I love Altra's and these are my fourth pair. The fit in general is great but I miss the wide toe boxes! I might have to look around for other wide toe box brands after this pair.

Wore the shoe in the house and by the end of the day I had blisters on the back of my ankles, the back was too high so I sent them back and ordered a Riveria 3 and love them.
