I bought these boots for a trip abroad because they seemed like a practical option with good tread and waterproof leather. It's just an extra perk they also look great! It did take a little bit to break them in for me (about a week worth of walks) but I wore them for miles walking over cobblestone streets, wet areas, muddy hiking trails and they were wonderful and comfortable the entire time. I am usually a size 7 in boots and purchased a 7 for these, they fit me best with medium weight wool socks, they do feel a bit big if I wear them with very thin boot socks. I also love the zipper! It makes it so easy to put these boots on!

I love boots, good quality leather boots. I was looking for a boot that could do it all, from dressing up with a cute dress to going out to kicking around town in joggers to hiking and rain. These boots fit the bill! Much lighter and less clunky than my Docs. Easy side zip!!! And with several wears now, the leather is breaking in really nicely! I have wide feet, usually wear barefoot style shoes, and these have room in the toe box and the leather is adapting to my foot. Fit true to size. Love them for traveling because they're so versatile, so I just need these boots and a sandal for my whole trip. They've excelled in Texas, Colorado, California, and Costa Rica so far! Highly recommended, just remember to wear them and break them in before doing a high-mileage jaunt. I put moleskin patches on my heels the first 2 or 3 wears, and now they're good and I don't need the patches anymore.

As a plus size person whose feet tend to retain water, it is very hard to find a good quality pair of hiking boots. Especially ones that go past the ankle. I want to thank everybody here that left the review saying stay true to your size and let them break in... Instead of sizing up. When I first put them on I was panicked, and thought I would have to return them. I had to widen the laces and let the middle part show more than it is in the picture. (But that also leaves a lot of room for adjustment and comfortability.) Seriously, Let. Them. Break. In. It took me about 4 days to break them in. And it's been about 2 weeks where I can just slide them on and walk like it's nothing. They are the most supportive, comfortable, well designed, and flexible boots I've ever owned. I usually have to buy a wide boot but they are just wide enough. Wearing these boots in the garden, for nature walks, and even just to run errands, actually helps the swelling in my feet. They do show scuffs and marks easy but those usually fade and honestly they just look like a really nice well-worn hiking boot.. I don't have any issue with the aesthetic I'm going for comfortable, durable, and practical. I'm so happy with these boots that I'd like to buy another but maybe save up for a different color. I personally can't recommend these enough, for all sizes but especially anyone who's plus size that really wants to go on hikes in the woods lol. Thank you Teva team, you set a high standard

The first time I wore these they were very painful along the heel, so I started breaking them in with short walks around the neighborhood. They now feel good (after about 4-5 wears and letting my sore heels heal up) but note there is a breaking in process! They look great, they are true to size, and I really have no other complaints. I have loved all my Tevas sandals and I went on a limb and bought these with no reviews, and I really like them, but I do think it's worth noting not to wear them on a big outing first thing!

These boots fit well but do have a break in period like others are saying. I found that during this period it helps to tie the boots a bit tight so the heel does not rub. These boots look great and are very practical. It's hard to find a cute boot that can be worn to work, going out, in the rain, and on a hike. To all the comments about scuffs and folds, I noticed this too and am shocked that people don't realize this is how leather typically wears? Especially waterproof leather. These are boots that will wear with time but in a good way. If you want a shiny sleek boot, this is not it. If you want a solid pair of leather boots that will only look better as they wear with age, this is the one! Also, they fit true to size. I wear a 9.5 in most shoes but sometimes get a 10. A 9.5 was perfect and was only right for the first day out of the box. I find that sometimes shoes fit too narrow on me and while these look narrow I do not have issues with pinching.

They fit nicely and I like the look but they came looking like they had been lightly used - scuffs around all sides.

I used to have a similar pair of boots about a decade ago, a lovely dark red shade with red berry colored laces, which I adored. They unfortunately were faux leather and the thin layer of plastic couldn't handle my winter weather and they soon broke and peeled horribly, leaving tiny bits of Stuff all over. I missed them. I started looking for a proper pair of leather boots that would last a long time and look similar but everything was either too bright or too short or too chunky and I had started to think I might have to save up to commission a shoe maker. Then Teva came out with these! I admit, I have been a loyal Teva customer for roughly seven years now. I don't make much money but after buying some second hand and trying things on in department stores I was sold; I save up to buy them new now and still have my pairs from seven years ago in fair condition. I have never had an issue with the quality or colors and these boots are no different. The inner cushion in these aren't as thick as the ones in the Grandview GTX but they are still very comfortable and the soles have great traction. I bought a pair of red and a pair in green and both broke in wonderfully. I haven't needed to clean and polish the leather yet, but the shape and cut seems like it will be easy to care for. The embossed design on the back is a nice touch as well!

I ordered these because my doctor recommended "sturdy hiking boots" for daily wear after my broken ankle gets out of the Aircast. These boots fit the bill but are both comfy and stylish enough to wear every day! I can see them becoming a regular part of my shoe rotation even after I'm fully recovered.

These are so comfortable right out of the box. I was torn between going up a half size or staying true to size. After reading many reviews, I decided to stay true to size. I'm so glad I did! I have owned many pairs of Teva sandals, so I had high hopes for the boots. Hands down-fantastic!

Still breaking these in, but I can already tell they'll be my go to shoes for this winter. Wow they're comfy!! I have an older pair of brown Teva boots and wanted some comfy black ones that I could wear on long walks but also stylish and these are perfect! Fits true to size and they do need a small break in period but it's not bad at all

I wore these shoes for a week and a half straight while in Scotland. I didn't need or want anything else. They look great, are super comfortable, and very sturdy on different terrains. They fit true to size. I normally wear a size 8 in regular shoes and an 8.5 in boots (including previous Teva boots that I have owned). I tried both sizes in these shoes and found that the size 8 was the much better fit.

Was looking for an all day wearable and supportive shoe to wear as an art teacher and this has done the trick! These are great for the rainy days we have in the Pacific NW.

I bought these as work boots to use in the lab I work in. As expected from Teva, they are very comfortable and felt like a perfect fit right off the bat. My only complaint I have noticed in the week of use is they seem to develop wear points almost immediately where I have bumped them or where they bend. The leather doesn't seem to be wearing quickly; necessarily, just the leather stain which gives them a bit more of a rugged look than I was hoping for for a new pair of boots. Also the non-slip seems to be high quality and on par for what I would expect for a work boot.

Ordered a size 11 when I'm normally a 10.5, the boot is very long and wide, so I recommend maybe ordering a size down. The books look pretty, but not very sturdy. The leather is very thin and doesn't provide much ankle support, and the leather wrinkles within minutes of trying on, resulting in a very worn out look instead of a new shoe. I hope Teva makes some changes to this boot to make it sturdier and less wide (of offer that as a sizing option).

They are great in the rain and the snow! When they get dirty, they wash off easily. Really comfortable. I have the black and green. I get a lot of compliments on the green boots. I'm usually a 7.5, I went with size 7 and it's perfect. Very high quality pair of boots.

I'm planning on wearing these shoes for an upcoming trip to Ireland. I wanted something that was waterproof and also good looking. These boots are great. Comfortable out of the box, and lovely to look at. And they are GREEN!

I had been looking for a pair of comfortable, waterproof boots for some time to take on a trip to northern Europe next winter. I finally found them with these boots. Once I spent a little time breaking them in by walking for short stints on a treadmill they were perfect!

I was looking for a pair of "combat style" boots to wear when motorcycle riding. I love my old warn out Teva boots, so, I gave these boots a try and I love the look and the fit. Unlike other leather boots I've tried, these were comfortable from the first day I wore them - all day. Size is accurate.

I love my new boots! I bought them to wear on my scooter and also love them so much I am wearing day to day. Fit is true to size. They do stretch a bit so if they feel snug at first they will relax.

I'm 66 and coming off a plantar fasciitis episode and have been living in UGGs. From first wearing, these boots felt good; they hugged my feet but did not restrict or pressure them. They were very comfortable to walk in and their design is a great blend of style-y and street. The details and quality craftsmanship are evident. I could not be happier with them. I have a size 8 wide foot with pretty high arches and can't wear a shoe with a narrow toe. These were a perfect fit!

I'm picky and only like well-made items. I have a narrow foot and hate wearing heavy clunky boots. My search is finally over! I adore these boots and am so glad I have them in time for the fight. I wear a 7.5 is most things and these fit perfectly in a 7.5.

I can wear them all day. I went up a size to fit my orthodic inserts but I can tell my usual size would have been fine too. I got the green and I get a ton of compliments when I wear them. I was worried they would be stiff and dig into my ankle but they did not. The also got even softer within a few times of wearing them.
