I have purchased this shoe for several years with no issues, always the same model (but the newest version). This time though the toe box seems a little bigger (but not too much for my narrow foot), the shoe is shorter. My toe bumped the end. Holding it to my current shoe, the previous model, the size difference is apparent. Very disappointing. I didn't want to have to search for a new shoe again. I had to choose a star rating for everything, but how can I rate a shoe I cannot wear?

I've run in Brooks Adrenaline for nearly 20 years, and they have always been in my rotation even while adding in other brands. These have consistently been the shoe I can count on for long miles, consistent mileage without injury, etc. However, this version sucks. I was warned before the first guide rail version that I might not like them anymore, but even those were fine. This version is too firm and inflexible, with an odd fit. I've been an 8.5B forever, and have typically tied my laces in a heel lock. I had to forego the heel lock in these because they're tight across the top & I can't let the laces out further. I stopped to mess with them 2-3x on my first run with them, which was a typical 4 mile paved loop I typically run for easy miles. On a separate easy run day in these, I stopped to walk after the ball of my foot started hurting badly about halfway in. I was hesitant to attribute the pain to these shoes because they've so consistently worked for me, but after about a month, I'm unfortunately pretty sure it's these shoes causing the issue. The foam just feels hard as a rock! The fit around my foot also feels different than usual, like it's both too tight across the top and way too loose on the sides and heel? Disappointing to say the least. I ordered a pair of Hokas to take the place of these and am hoping version 24 will be a return to the usual "go to shoe" for me.

I've had at least 10 pairs of Brooks Adrenalines and this is the first model that I cannot wear in my regular size. They are to small with the re-design that Brooks did on them. I had to return them and order a pair of Adrenaline 22 from elsewhere

I have had many pairs of Brooks Adrenalines and the new style in my normal size just doesn't fit my foot. Very disappointing.

Brooks makes great shoes - supportive and comfortable. I wish even more choices were offered in a wide width.

I don't love the new 23s. I wear them to walk the dog, about 10-15 miles per week. I was excited about the colors of these! However, I have pain in my arches wearing them. And, super annoying, I can barely WALK a half mile without having to stop and tie both shoes. I hate double knotting so while the laces are a relatively minor issue compared to the arch pain, its enough combined to turn me off of these. I'll grab a few pairs of 22s while they're on sale to hold me over until the next version comes out.

im getting tired of brooks changing and when they change they don't like to offer the the old styles anymore sometimes people find shoes that just work and then they go away and replaced with subpar shoes not happy at all

I had a really high hope for this but was not only dissapointed but also injured by them. I have been wearing Adrenaline for 6 years and in all my races and in my 6 marathons (road). I used them exclusively for road running because of their supreme support (not about soft cushion like Ghost but the structure that "hugged" my feet). I have slightly wide feet but Brooks' shoelines have wider toebox than most of other brands, so size B (normal) was perfect. But GTS23 has a narrow toe box. I had skipped GTS22 (had GTS 17 x2, GTS19 x2, GTS21 x2) so I couldn't tell when reviews said GTS23 was wider than GTS22 which seems to be the narrowest in this Adrenaline line. I bought 7W but it was too big. So I went back to 7B. When I ran a half marathon in them, my toenails hurt so much during and post run, and they are still wobby and healing since. The support was less too, and I felt my ankles were a little unstable during a run, which had never happened in other GTSs. I did feel GTS21 being slightly narrower than previous, but didn't think that was serious. This one IS. My other friend marathoner also pointed out the same problems with GTS 23. I assume Adrenaline is getting narrower and narrower and removing much of the supportive structure for being lightweight and springy? I have a race coming up soon but must look for and change to a new shoe.

I've gone through 2 pairs of Adrenalines every year since 2018, with the exception of 22, which just felt different to me. Too narrow (and I'm in a wide), but the issues have been resolved with the 23. Definitely back to being a go to shoe for me! Thank you for also giving those that wear a D width a FUN COLOR OPTION!!! Finally! Was so tired of plain grey and the same purple/black combo over and over. Bonus - the fun color matches my favorite running partner perfectly.

I bought this because my previous pair were worn out. However, I am disappointed with the cushion and support. The first time I ran with them, they felt great for the first 3 miles but my feet started to hurt soon after. I just ran a 5k with them and my feet started to hurt just after 2 miles.

I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heal. These are ridiculously wide at the front and lack adequate cushioning. I would say the arch is adequate but back these go. Really disappointed in Brooks over the past 10 years.

I've been an fan of the Adrenaline shoe since the 2018 version, and I'm so disappointed that these are just not comfortable at all. They hurt my arches so bad! I hope the next version is better.

Disappointed adrenaline fan. I had the Adrenaline 22 in every single color. I was excited for the new model and colors available. These are uncomfortable and not very supportive. I bought two pairs. I do not like the material on the sides or the arch support. My feet hurt when I wear these. I am not a fan of the new model and pray that the next one can be more similar to the 22 model as those were excellent.

I have bought the same shoes for 10+ years. Brooks either has had a manufacturing issue or they changed their sizing. Very disappointing.

My normal size of 8 N fits perfectly, good support and comfortable for my daily power walks. I got the light grey with purple and black accents. The grey is light so that it almost looks like white.

I’ve been ordering this style for several years and still like them. But I’m now finding the cushioning to be insufficient for long walks. Still good for short ones though.

Narrow feet make finding sneakers difficult. Brooks Adrenaline 23 is narrow toward the ankle with lots of room in the toe box. They are very comfortable walking and lace firmly.

I really like this version of the Adrenaline. I always size up a 1/2 size to give me more room in the toe area. Cute choice in wide width this time.
