I ordered and tried 3 other Chelsea boots with lug soles and this one was an easy choice! Super light and comfortable right away! No breaking in necessary. It is true size and the perfect boot for everyday!

Love the look and fit but sole started ungluing after a few wears. I showed a sales rep at the 5th ave store and she said that was normal wear and tear. I had to superglue them. They are ok now.

I got these in grey suede, and they fit true to size, maybe a bit narrow but comfortable. The toe box feels good, not at all cramped. It took a few wears to break in the boot and the elastic on the outside of each ankle - it really rubbed my skin raw the first couple of wears - but now they're super comfy. Also, I had to get rid of those annoying little brass things on the back with bolt cutters because they were so clunky, but now that they're gone the boots are perfect! I'd buy them in more colors.

Very comfortable, not for all day because a little snug around the ankle but look great, have a high quality look. On trend but not too teen looking.

These boots look nice on and being waterproof is a plus, However, they run narrow. Wish they came in a wide width. The loops to pull on the boot are too small to put your finger in, to pull the boots on. A long shoe horn helps.

Best shoes for travel especially in wet weather! Been walking around Paris and London in them and no blisters!

These boots are cute and comfortable. Everyday I have worn them people I don't even know have commented on how much they like them.

Runs a little narrow so I sized up half size. I went in store to try these on. The 8.5 fit the length of my foot however it was too narrowly cut. I bought size 9 and the width is more comfortable. I took them on a walking trip in nyc and loved them! Comfortable style.

These boots are so comfortable. I read some reviews saying they are too tight but owning a few other Cole Haan shoes, I have them a try anyway. So glad I did. They are *very* tight initially and hard to put on. But after 15 mins they stretch out to perfection.

Really loved the boots but they were a little bit too narrow for me.

I have several pairs of Cole Haan shoes so when I needed a pair of casual yet dress-upable boots, it was a no-brainer. The quality is excellent and they look fantastic. My only issue is that they were a bit narrow for me. There was a "break-in" period I've never had before in a Cole Haan shoe. Took me a few days to feel comfortable, but now they're great.

Buy bigger if you need to wear with warm socks or use insoles. This style doesn't have the same comfort as the zero grand shoes.

These are super comfortable boots that have stood up to some snow over the past week. The problem is the soles are already coming off after 1 week of use.

Loved these when I bought them. Two months in and the sole is peeling off! I want my money back. See photos. Totally insane how much I paid for these for them to break within 2 months.

True to size. I'm a US size 7 and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable just like every Cole Haan pair I own.
