Bought a 10W. The width was great but, they were too long. I also didn't like the gray toe kick against the black shoe. It made it look too much like a sneaker.

Love these shoes with the exception that in one shoe the insole has been glued in too far to the back so there is a slight gap at the front.

I have 4 pair of Encore Ice, probably starting with 1 and ending in 2 or 3....or prior to whenever Merrell lowered the back so that my foot keeps slipping out. I had to return Ice 5. I called customer service who said that Merrell lowered the back since people wanted a "slip in". I like a slip in too, but what Merrell has designed is a slip out. Same happened with the Encore Breeze. The back is so low that my foot comes out...I can't walk with it continually falling off my heel.

Warm& comfy. Fits like a glove. Love sheepskin lining. Like slippers but with excellent sturdy support. Best shoe in ages! Bought 2 pair VERY happy. 1st Merrells to fit

I found them too heavy and clunky. But they were also too wide, and fell off my heels. I have a painful bunion and thought they would be comfortable, and they were, but for walking and everyday wear they would fall off my feet, and they were hot. Our weather in Alabama doesn't stay cold long enough to warrant them. I always wear the regular fabric black Encore shoe as a religion. Love them. They "break in" easily around my difficult to please feet. I will reorder them. Hoping they too will go on sale. (Also hope to see red, brown, and burgundy, not baby blue.

I have two pairs of this style. One in the camel color and also the stonewash which is to me a denim color. Thinking of buying a third pair. They are very comfortable and are a solid made shoe. Can wear with or without socks I wear them both inside like a slipper but also outside. They also fit my feet well. Cant say anything bad about them.

Good shoe for winter walking. Toe box could be a bit wider. Toes were feeling pinched after several hours of walking&standing in London crowds. Did have to change shoes late day. Was afraid to order this shoe in the Merrell WW because heel width was already too large for me in the W.

Weird sole. Theyve changed the sole of the shoe and now makes a weird squeezing sound.

Ive been wearing these shoes for years. Keep my feet warm, so comfortable. I have about ten pairs.

Not as good as they used to be. I have been wearing Merrell Encore Ice shoes for years. I buy a new pair every 2 years or so. The older versions are of much better quality than the newer ones. I still have a pair of Encore Ice 2 s and they have lasted me for years. The Encore Ice 4 and 5s have less padding especially around the collar of the mule and the shearling lining sparse in comparison to the older versions. The quality keeps decreasing while the price keeps increasing. I would gladly pay the $140 for the older versions ( that cost $100 at the time) if the quality did not continue to decline. After this last purchase I may need to find a different brand, I cant see paying $140 for shoes that continue to decline in quality. You would have had a customer for life, because they used to be the warmest most comfortable shoes and were worth the extra cost, not anymore.

These were an inch longer than same size and shoe bought in 2019. Sizing is inconsistent.

I love your shoes although the fur lining isnt as think as it was in previous years so they are not as warm.

I bought these last year 2022. The inner lining of footbed is nor attached creating a lot of discomfort and moving the insole every time I wear these mules. I love the look and comfort except fo4 the lining. Hopefully, Murrull will glue them 8. Im the future. They are a pain!

Fleece-lined Encores have been purchased & enjoyed for years during cold fall, winter, & early spring in the LA area! But the 5s are best! Now ordering 7.5Ms to accommodate bunions & wear w/socks, & theyre perfect (soft gray & medium brown).

Love them, easy slip ons, great for rinks. Keeps my toes nice and cosy.

I have been wearing your Encore Ice for so many years and I bought 2 pair last year. I was so disappointed in them. Although they are comfortable they are not anywhere as supportive as my older ones. They are very wide and they dont hug my feet so they flip around in them. Please go back to your older model which were a much higher quality shoe.

I bought 2 pairs. I'm still wearing the ones I bought a bought 10 yrs ago. I had to return these because the fur trim is thin and falling out there were bare spaces along the top. The trim in the other pair was just exceptable. I don't think these new ones will last as long. Please go back to using quality materials. I love the comfort of these shoes. I hope that never changes.

Shoes kept slipping heel falling out of back of shoe

Been wearing these shoes for 15 years; last week I ordered 2 pairs & had to return them both. Not sure what changes they made to these shoes, but the shoes were too big & way to wide, I wear a medium width. Ordered the same size & width Ive always worn, they always fit perfectly. Im so disappointed that I had to return both pairs, used to be my favorite winter shoes. PLEASE return to making these shoes like they were 2 years ago; the updates have ruined a great shoe!

Eight years ago I purchased a pair to wear as indoor house shoes--my podiatrist said 'Get something with good arch support/nothing flat.' These were great; feet never hurt. This new model looks nice, but the inside is so hard and flat that eventually (after a month, to give it a chance) I had to insert arch supports. Since I've been wearing them every day I will keep them, though these are the last.
