Love these! I feel aligned from my feet to my ankles, to my knees and hips. Great cushion and sturdy. I use these to run and walk my dog!

Absolutely happy with the GEL-Kayano 30 running shoes! Great for running, long walks and everyday wear. The black pair I purchased look good with jeans and casual wear. Most importantly, the GEL technology provides a very comfortable shoe throughout the day. I hope ASICS keeps making them!

These feel wonderful! Stable without feeling restrictive.

I have been an advocate for the gel Kayano since I bought my first ever pair to run in when I was just a middle schooler starting to run. Fast forward to now, I am running in the NCAA and getting up to 90-mile weeks when peaking in racing season. This shoe has come so far and the new and improved 30 is not only much lighter, but also more comfortable overall and withstands just as many miles as always. 300-400 miles. Now I can't get enough of this shoe. ASICS... sponsor me! ASICS till the day I die.

40 year old male, 5'10", 175lbs. True to size. Super supportive. Very comfortable. I've been running in the Kayano for over 13 years. Every year I try something different just in case I'm missing out on something and every year the Kayano turns out to be my favorite. I can feel a little more bounce compared to the Kayano 29s. I've ran 110 miles in them and they still feel new. However, I noticed that the rubber on the outsole is thinner that the one found in the Kayano 29 so I'm curious to find out if it will last as long as my 29s (475 miles)

In the past, I've worn various Asics shoe models, including the Asics Gel-Kayano 25, Asics Gel-Kayano 27, and Asics Gel-Cumulus 23. While primarily used for walking, I've also used them for running. Among these, the Gel-Kayano 30s stand out as the best for all types of walking. They may feel a bit clunky for running, but this has been a consistent characteristic of the Kayano models. Comparatively, the Gel-Cumulus 23 performed better for running than the Kayano. However, the Cumulus has a higher point on the ankle and bends slightly more than the Kayano. Unfortunately, this doesn't align well with my build and tends to rub off the skin, necessitating the use of bands for protection.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and my feet feel well supported while I am walking in them.

Because of the style I hesitated to buy them and then the yellow kayano 30's were released. By far, the most comfortable shoe I've ever purchased.

Great everyday runner. I wear these 2-3 times per week for 6-10 mile runs. Really solid shoe, fit is great, support is great.

Asics did a SUPERB job in overhauling this shoe. Love the stability in the medial post. The outsole material is durable and does not take anything away from the plushness of the Kayano ride. Don't change anything about this platform,...it just works!

Gel Kayanos had turned rather stiff comparatively with its increasingly cushioned competition. At last, Asics delivers fantastic, first class cushioning along with its legendary stability. Best Kayano ever ! One small downside: I wish the heel/sole design wasn't "split" - when seen from behind, it just isn't very pretty. Simpler design would be much nicer.

I've worn ASICS for many years - primarily for running, but walking more recently. These Gel-Kayano 30s are so comfortable and have really helped my Plantar's Faciitis.

The Kayano 30's are comfortable and supportive. Fit is great.

The new Kayano is different than the previous one but for the better. The guidance track is less aggressive and more about stability. I have this shoe in my rotation for my slower paces but it can handle speed work.
