I got a pair of replacement Asics Gel Kayano 30 running shoes for a pair that I had purchased last June that were defective. Asics reps worked with me to get a resolution and was able to give me this Kayano 30's. I've been buying these shoes for o24 years now and I have really loved every pair. It definitely has made a difference in how my feet and legs feel when I am exercising.

I came across ASICS years ago and found them to be very comfortable and I've had a few pairs since. I'm not a runner. I've torn both ACLs and meniscus so I was looking for max cushioning and these certainly provide it. No sneaker or shoe can eliminate pain but in my experience, ASICS gel technology and construction do mitigate it very well and make walking tolerable.

Shoe is true to size. While on runs they feel good as the Kayano 29. With the shoe being yellow they look awesome too.

I was advised by my Chiropracter to buy HOKAs for stability and comfort on my feet. I went into the store asking for the HOKA Bondi 8 or Gaviotta 5. The salesman asked me what were my goals with a shoe and I told him and he wanted me to be open to the best shoe for me not what "I thought was the best shoe for me based on some one else's recommendation." He had me try on four models, New Balance, Hoka Bondi 8 and Hoka Gaviotta 5, and the Asics Kayano 30. Bottomline the Asics Kayano 30 was the hands down winner. The shoe fits like a glove and the stability and cushioning is amazing. I bought two pairs I was so convinced, one for work one for walking/hiking. I have always liked Asics when I was a competitive runner and this shoe has really upped their game. You can literally feel the cushioning in both the balls of your feet and heel working all the time. This shoe is a winner, definitely recommend to give it a try if you're looking for stability and supreme comfort!

These shoes were recommended by a podiatrist to me after suffering from plantar fasciitis and the shoes have worked well in supporting my foot. I have been able to get back to 5mi/day with these shoes. My only comment on the shoe is that it would be nice to have a little flap at the heel to pull up the back of the shoe after putting the shoe on. The higher than average support of the heel is great but it takes a few seconds to get the back of the shoe up even after the tongue fully loosened. They could even put the Asics logo on the little flap and hold it down with velcro. Other than that it is a great shoe.

Got these for my boyfriend as a gift. This is his first pair of Asics and he absolutely loves them! He says they are super comfortable and can walk long distances and stand for a long period of time.

Been wearing Kayano for years now nothing else for sneakers these are the best. Only thing I wish they had was that model in my size in white 10.5 Wide In White, been waiting for years to get a white pair in Wide

Very comfortable. I use them daily around the house but also running. Good for recovering from plantar fasciitis.

Excellent shoe! My son wears these for work. They are secure and cushioned well. They provide good stability. The all black are great for work uniforms

Best sneaker made in the market. These sneakers should be tried by people that have foot pain like I do.

Sneaker is super comfortable especially if you're a big guy with flat feet it makes running smoother and more comfortable

Switched from Hoka's to the Kayano's and I couldn't have made a better choice! Outstanding shoe, very responsive for the majority of terrain. Running, walking all day wear.

I have severe pronation. These shoes have helped significantly. I was not able to walk comfortably in other shoes. I am now walking all the time thanks to the ASICS. I have three pairs.

They are great. They are particularly good because they give me great support while at the same time they allow a lot of room for my toes. They feel very flexible.

I've had the past 4 Kayano models and this is by far my favorite model. Usually there isn't much of a difference, but they made big changes on the 30s and I love them!
