I love this crossbody bag because I wanted to put my phone in a side pocket but was nervous that in this style it could fall out because the pocket wasn't deep enough. So I took it to a local leather/shoe repair guy where he put in a cool brass snap and voila problem solved!

Nice bag and yes it has marks on it and it will age nicely because it is the nature of the materials used. Two things, One, hope the hooks hold up because they are not really that sturdy on the strap that link onto the D rings on the body of the bag. Two, I have the same complaint about the front pocket everyone else has because it gapes, tho not that shallow but it needs stitching to secure it to the bag to create a small pocket for a cell phone. I do like that there is a strap on the inside of the bag to attach your key ring. It is a good size and I will enjoy using it for 3 seasons of the year for my daily go to bag to hold my stuff!

I really like this bag--so much so it is my second consecutive purse purchase. The first bag had a slightly different configuration which I liked a bit better. I like the outside pocket on this one, which my first bag didn't have, but I miss the 2nd inside pocket it did. Also, It is deeper than my first and I kinda preferred a little less depth to get lost in. Nevertheless, it is definitely my new winter bag--it's great.

Great looking bag. Just the right size. Very durable. I wish outer pocket was deeper instead of half the depth of the bag, but other than that this bag is just right.

Best purse/bag ever. Wide strap means comfort on the shoulder, materials will last forever, design is simple and timeless, and there's plenty of inside room. Because of the way the bag is designed, it sits upright on its own, so no need to worry about items falling out of the front pocket when you set it down. It hugs my body just right when I wear it, so again nothing falls out. Others have complained about the front pocket, but it's perfect - easily fits my smartphone and keys with room to spare. Unless you're doing cartwheels you shouldn't have issues with things falling out of the pocket. Base is wide enough and opening large enough that I'm not battling to get things in or out, or to find them. All of these were issues I have had with other purses in the past. I'm really glad I finally found one that looks great, will last forever and is functional as well. Totally worth the price!

Great size. I've been struggling with small crossbodies for too long. I really wanted a purse big enough to hold all my stuff. This one is perfect. I like my purse to hang at my hip. The handle on this purse is the perfect length.

I purchased the waxed canvas bag because the bag was a good size and the material would hold up in wet weather. I absolutely love the bag! The top zipper keeps contents dry and the key clip keeps keys from being "lost" in the bag. There is an interior zipped pocket as well as a satin lining. The details set this bag apart from less expensive ones. This is definitely worth the money!

This bag is an absolute dream. Sturdy, beautiful and user friendly. I think I finally found the perfect bag. An absolute work of beautiful design. Materials used in bag are very intoxicating. Heavy canvas, leather with brass accents. Well done!

The purse was exactly as pictured and described. It arrived in a timely manner. The only thing I would say that wasn't exactly perfect was the key chain that is sewn into the top zipper caused the zipper to not close smoothly sometimes. I cut the key chain out and the zipper opens and closes great. I use the purse every day. It's a great size: not too small and not too big.

These bags are phenomenal and always have been the best quality. I have been buying LL Bean items for over 30 years.

This is the perfect sized bag for carrying what I need and I love the navy blue and leather combo. I get lots of compliments on it. It's big enough but not huge and the inside zip compartment comes in handy. The outside pocket is great for those things you need to grab quickly.

I really like this bag. It's the perfect size for me and I love that it zips ( for safety). There is a little side pocket to keep things you need quickly. A little clip inside holds keys. This bag works for me for the fall/winter.

This bag is great for travel, or for being out and about in busy places, or any time when you really don't want to have to have a hand holding a bag on your shoulder. The strap is adjustable and a comfortable length. There is plenty of room inside for a wallet, water bottle, and other odds and ends. I've used this on a trip to NYC, as well as doing regular errands, and am glad I bought it.

The Waxed Canvas Crossbody Bag is great! The size is perfect. I love the muted green color of the canvas and the leather is very nice. The canvas is stiff enough to give the bag structure so that it stands up on its own which is very helpful for locating items in the bag. There's an interior zip pocket which is quite handy. I am very glad I got this bag!

This bag is easy to carry everywhere, goes with everything. But I absolutely love the front pocket, keeps everything in but not deep enough that I'm ever digging for my keys!

I have been using a small LL Bean tote with a zipper & outside pocket for years as a travel purse. We travel in our RV during the summer & it does great; stands up to a lot of abuse & since I chose navy it stays clean, too. I decided to try this new tote. Will start using it this summer.
