This shoe fell apart after 3 months. I didn't wear these shoes that often.

I was looking for a basic black leather flat and this is exactly what I needed. It's super comfortable, true to size and the toe cap is not too narrow so your toes aren't squeezed together! . Also the top vamp is perfect and not too long. It's more attractive looking than some longer top vamps that dig into the top of your foot. This is a great shoe to wear with both a casual and dressy outfit.

Nine West pumps were my favorite shoes when I worked in a office and I owned many pairs. The flats seem to be sized smaller and narrower than the pumps. Once I exchanged the 8W for 8 1/2 W, they fit fine. They look feminine and dainty on my wide feet and suit my needs.

So comfy! I have narrow feet and slide out of most flats. Not these! And no breaking in - wore for 14 hours very first time i wore them and no discomfort at all!

I have so many of these flats!!! they are basic, but so cute. Zero support- they are flats after all, but no rubbing or blisters. Hope they make more patterns and color this spring.

My usual size is 8, I was afraid if these couldn’t fit me right, but for my surprise they came a little bit loose, super comfortable, I love them! I chose the W size. Even better.

I bought these to wear for my wedding. They are perfect! The tip just peeks out from under my dress and will be perfect to wear all day. I did buy inserts to give a little more support, but overall they are exactly what I hoped for!

These run a bit narrower than typical 11M, which is perfect for me since I have narrow feet and find it difficult finding flats that will stay on. And these are actually kind of cute! The nude (for white people) color doesn’t make my pasty pale feet look any ghostlier/ghastlier than usual, so they will be pretty versatile for me.

Fit and size was a little small for what was supposed to be a wide. I've purchased the SpeakUp flat before and sent it back because I was so unhappy with the cut and styling - it looked like an old lady shoe. In the latest videos, it looked like they had improved the design and made it look more like a classic ballet flat. So, I tried it again. The cut and styling had not been improved, so again, I sent it back. It's nearly impossible to just find a nice, classic ballet flat in wide width. If they cut the vamp more like the Lovlady style, it would be a tremendous improvement.

Great looking shoe but even though I ordered a wide fit they kill my feet, they’re smaller than advertised and I even went a half size up!

This shoe runs small and doesn’t have enough support for my feet. But they are super cute!

Decided to return based on the fact that the outer sides of the flats flare out instead of conforming to my feet.

I wore these shoes for a short, uncomfortable time, before discovering that the toe box of the right shoe is slightly smaller than that in the left shoe.

Got the light nude color, ran a half to a full size small.

Liked style of shoes. Had to send back due to fitting too tight in the toe bed area. I ordered my usual 9-1/2 wide. Way too small and tight.

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased. Very narrow in the front and uncomfortable against the back of the foot. Do not recommend.

These flats are super comfortable and fit true to size for me. The style is versatile—it goes perfectly with business casual outfits and even casual everyday looks. I’ve been wearing them to work almost every day, and they’re holding up great. If you need something for a business casual dress code, these are a must-have

They are a perfect fit for me, and they're made of nice soft leather. I love how they look, and I've received quite a few compliments on them.

I ordered a 7 and a 7.5 and the larger size fit perfectly. Very classy flat that will elevate even a casual outfit.

Very cute staple shoe! Very comfortable too! Feels true to size. Everyone needs a pair of nude flats in their closet!
