The only good thing about these is they were free. I would say their true calling is medieval torture device. I would rather wear stilettos to work. My feet hurt within the first half hour. Only get these if you enjoy pain

They felt like a cold can of beans in my shoes while working at the warehouse.

Fit was ok but the actual soles were too hard and had no arch support. I thought maybe once I stepped in them I’d get softer but it was worse than the current soles I had. They made my shoes feel tighter and more uncomfortable, I would not recommend especially for $65.

I can not honestly answer this question because I order Woman's 8.5 but I received the Men's 8.5. With this beening said, they make my shoes feel extremely tight. I know I can cut the to size however the toe area is the perfect fit tothe shape of your toes in shoes which provides the extra cushion needed(for some people). I do not feel the arch support, but that could be due to me getting the wrong item. Overall, comfort is definitely there. Takes some getting use to, but give it some time. It's not a cure all option...but it surely does help.

I received these free through work, and I know beggars can’t be choosers but…. These were hard as a rock, with little to no arch support. I’m on my feet for 10 hours a day in a giant warehouse, and these dogs were barkin’. I tried to see if the issue was just breaking them in, but after 2 weeks of wear, i have come to the conclusion that they are just terrible insoles. Invest your money elsewhere.

I work at Amazon warehouse almost two years and Amazonians who works 10-12 hours shift on concrete knows how shoes and insoles are important and matter. I have pretty comfortable shoes but insoles I used most of the time are getting wiped off and I had to get the insoles instead. They rated pretty well and I'm sure many people would find it comfortable but unfortunately not me. They much harder even then my old ones but I gave them two days. I barely made through second day and was about to cry because of pain in my feet and knees. I put back old insoles and added new foam ones and comfort back to my legs. I can't recommend the insoles based on my experience but could be you will be the one who find it perfect for you.

I honestly got these for free from my job and if I could would return them. My old insoles were only 12 dollars but way more comfortable. These insoles have no cushion and made my heels hurt even more. I’m just happy I had kept my old insoles

I feel comfortable wearing them after a while. They were a little uncomfortable because they felt heavy at first. Overall I say it's good if you're carrying heavy stuff.

I love these inserts. I’ve never liked other brands in the past so I was hesitant about trying these but……WOW. These are awesome. Makes the shoe fit better and great on the feet after 8hrs

The article is somewhat uncomfortable, since it is not so flexible. The gel area is very rigid as are its ends.

Got them for work, even after working 10-12 hour shifts my feet were very comfortable. Even better than the expensive ones I used to buy to replace the factory brands of my work shoes, hands down these are much better for my feet and knees. Definitely recommend them.

These helped improve with the back of feet(soles), I usually use the foamy insoles. These are so much better and helped with the lower back pain.

This raises the foot way to high in shoes pushing toes against steel and making it hard to tie shoes. Very uncomfortable. Could barely put my foot in shoe with these in.

These are the worst insoles. Thankfully, they were free through work. They don't have any support at all, are hard, and unbreathable (make feet sweaty). I feel they're just made to replace worn out stock insoles without any actual focus on foot comfort or foot health.

These things are awful, the only good thing about them is that they were given free to Amazon employees. They make the shoe too tight and where I personally need support they offer none. Within 10 minutes of wearing them, my feet were in immense pain.
