I received these as a replacement for my original pair that was defective. I can’t say enough good things about the process. Zappos employee Sherice was awesome. I did the whole thing by chat. Sherice placed the order for my replacement and I received them the next day. I received instructions and a mailing label to return the originals which I will drop off at UPS today. I love these sandals and Zappos is still my “go to”!

I wish these flip flops had fit me. They are well made, and look great. They have good arch support and the width is right for a woman's foot.... but the straps seem to be made for a male big foot. I could get 2 fingers between my foot and the strap. Walking in them was impossible for me. I wear a size 7 or 7.5 medium shoe, and have an average foot, not slim. Very disappointed!

I loved these actually but they do not run true to size. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and order size 8 flip flops, and my heel was hanging off the back.

I have bad foot problems - these sandals are wonderful. I wear them around the house all day. So comfortable - I'm buying a pair in another color!

I originally ordered these, and another pair of Vionic thongs in a 7. The other pair fit, but this style was too short, so I returned and got the 8 which fits perfect.

I love these flip flops! So cute and comfortable. One issue : the sole has separated from the footbed. Shouldn’t happen on a relatively new sandal. I’m disappointed! Love Vionic and Zappos. Four stars because of the construction issue.

I love these sandals. I use them in my house as slippers in the summer. The first pair I received had a defect so I returned them. Zappos was wonderful about working with me.

These are so comfy! Right out of the box they felt like they were perfectly worn in already. I'm a 6.5 in boots and sneakers and a 7 in flip flops. I ordered these in a 7 and the fit is spot on. I will say that they looked slightly used. The bottoms were dirty and the foot bed didn't look new either. I kept them because they are super comfortable but I paid full price for a brand new pair and definitely don't think they were unworn.

I could 't wear them because the length isn't a true size 8.

I mainly purchased these for something to walk around the house in as my crocs are not giving me the arch support needed. I absolutely love these. They were a bit clunky (compared to the standard croc flip flop) for the first hour or two until I got used to them, but I have been wearing them all day and my feet feel great. While I am normally an 8 or 8.5 in Vionic, I read some other reviews that stated their normal size was too small so I purchased a 9 and they fit perfectly. For reference, in the pismo beach shoes I can wear either 8 or 8.5. I have wide feet and honestly the 8.5's in the pismo feel better. But these in the 9 were perfect.

They fit great and love the color.
