Amazing shoes, comfortable, lightweight and responsive, my legs don't hurt after running 20 miles, and for the following day for a run

I've been looking for a shoe that is fast, lightweight, but able to work for longer runs. These are it! I wore these on a threshold run (over 13 miles) and then on a 20 mile long run. These helped me maintain speed but also provided enough support for the long distance. Being way lighter than the Gel Nimbus 25 and more responsive, planning on these for my next marathon.

Awesome shoe! I run about 20 miles a week, use for both mid week fast runs as well as my long runs.

This is hands down my favorite running shoe of all time. I owned 5 pairs of Nike running shoes and returned some and sold some because of this shoe. It has replaced about 2-3 pairs in my running shoe rotation and literally owned all Asics now. The price is justified due to how versatile it is. I am so shocked how light this shoe felt with such a high stack. I actually consider this a supershoe. From recovery, easy, short and long tempos, 200m-1000m reps and from 10k- marathons, this shoe can do it all. The ride is quite fun and bouncy but not squishy like ZoomX which gave me knee pain and my arches collapsed in long runs as fatigue kicked in. The Superblast keeps its foam integrity in long runs which keeps my foot from collapsing inward. My legs aren't toast the next day because of this shoe. This is flat foot friendly because of its wide platform from a neutral shoe. Don't change a thing ASICS, please!

The moment I put these on, I fell in love. Not only are they gorgeous (mineral/beige, seriously the design execution is a 10/10), but the stack height and feel is perfect. I wouldn't hate more stack height, even (I want to be taller haha). It feels slightly tight near the "knuckles" of my toes, but I suspect they will probably loosen up a bit. Adding some more flex to the upper may be a good idea for the next version. Otherwise, DO NOT CHANGE A THING!!! I don't want these to every not be available for purchase. I may buy a second pair just to have a stash in my closet when the first pair is all worn out.

I have to admit I'm a shoe junky and am constantly on the lookout for the perfect shoe (I.e. light, comfortable, responsive, supportive, stable, fast, good for recovery runs). For me, this is the shoe! It just absolutely checks all of the boxes for me. The only thing I can't entirely attest to is durability, but from some other reviews, and the construct of the shoe, I'm optimistic there also. Personal preference, but I also really like the color combos. I don't think this is the shoe that I'd necessarily choose on a 10K race day where I'm shooting for my PB, but it's not a slouch in that regard either. Again, personal preference, but the shoe runs just a bit big which is perfect in my situation. I technically am a size 13 1/2 and this shoe fits me perfectly.

I previously used the now discontinued DS Trainers for about 21 years before switching to the Novablast 2. They were great but offered little no stability for my ultra-flat feet. Fast forward and the Superblast was released. After watching some shoe vlogger's talk about the shoes, they sounded to be more stable than the Novablast, despite the higher stack. As a pretty severe over pronator, I can say they have worked well for me (currently have 145 miles logged). Speed work, long runs, recovery. Very, very versatile shoe. Not to say this will work for all overpronators but they've worked well for me and are fun to run in. Can't say that about most shoes.

i've been wearing these for about a month and while they took a little getting used to, i overall love them. the cushion and support is amazing - i have a literal spring in my step while running. my only wish is that they would make these in a women's specific version. i have a narrow-ish foot and the fit took a little getting used to as they don't hug my foot quite as much as my women's specific asics usually do. overall length was perfect - just fit a little wide. as the shoe has been getting more broken in i'm able to lace them tighter and feels like they're molding to my feet a bit better (or maybe i'm just getting used to the wider feel?)

I bought this for my temp runs, but find that it is the perfect shoe for long runs, tempo runs, and even speed workouts. I wanted a shoe without a plate for runs and this fits the bill. I just love running in it.

I have been training with different Asics shoes including the Novablast 3, the Nimbus 25 and the metaspeed Edge+; I find the Superblast to be a magical combination of all of these three shoes. It manages to be extraordinarily comfortable and yet gives the ability to pick up the tempo without feeling squishy or spongy. It is surprisingly light for all that magical material stuffed into it. Very stable, very good looking, very comfortable. Possibly the best all around running shoe from Asics or anyone else. I prefer it to the Metaspeed because it is so much more comfortable. It's like a very capable sports sedan without the disadvantages of being a hyper focused and therefore less than comfortable sports car. A+++

Runs half a size large for me. This is the perfect all around pair but what makes them standout is you can really use them for long runs and feel good. The only super stack shoe on the market with no carbon plate.

I have only logged a few miles with this shoe but I absolutely love it! I am 6'0, 220lbs with a muscular build (with a nice little winter coat I'm trying to shed lol) and the Superblast provides the perfect amount of comfort, cushion and stability for all types of runs (recovery, speed, tempo etc). The Superblast also provides a noticeable "bounce" whenever I want to pick up my pace. I strongly recommend this shoe for anyone coming from a weighting background thats wanting to add running to their routine.

I usually run in the Novablast , which I love, but I'm really enjoying the Superblast. I just wish they came in more colors.

Unlike anything I've ever run in before! Super fun and bouncy, yet surprisingly stable for the stack height. Light and responsive enough to pick up the pace, but also compressive enough to provide a lot of comfort and protection for longer runs! I bought this shoe for as a marathon trainer for long runs and tempo days, but I've found it's great for easy/recovery runs as well! It took a few miles to break in the foam, but then it softened up and I love them for everything!!

This is the only max cushion shoe that doesn't have a carbon plate and it's also the lightest one! I really enjoyed the run. It's sufficiently bouncy and you can use it for easy runs, long runs, and even the occasional tempo work. Some people have used it for races, although I still prefer carbon plates The upper is SUPER breathable. I used it in 80F weather for a 15K and it was fine. The shoe is great out of the box but gets even better after putting in like 30-50K

At first, I felt that they were a bit clunky, but over time, they softened up and the ride smoothed out. They are great for protecting the legs during easy and tempo runs.

Love love love these shoes! They are the first I reach for when I have a long run on the schedule. Works for easy days or speed days. I have about 100 miles on my pair and they're still not showing signs of wear. I did size down half a size.
