I purchased my first in a shoe store and liked the style so much I checked Zappos for other colors. And lucky me there were additional colors not available in the shoe store. This was my 2nd Biza purchase. I normally don't wear an open back shoes afraid my foot might slip out. However, my foot does not slip in these shoes. The strap allows for slight adjustment as needed. The leather is soft and comfortable. The style is attractive. Love these shoes.

I hate to return these because they were a bit too short in length, at the heel for me. But I have an abnormal foot. Here's the good news that hopefully will help you. The leather upper is soft, flexible and luxurious. I had the black and it's a gorgeous finely pebbled finish. The linings are also leather. There is a velcro to adjust and personalize the fit of the top strap/ instep. In between the lining and the sole, there's a memory foam layer over a cork and rubber footbed. It appears to be a very comfortable shoe. The stitching was absolutely perfect, and the overall quality of the shoe was *high*... The styling was attractive. I really wanted to keep them.

I love these shoes but my normal size the strap iver my foot was way too thigh. I went with the next size up up the strap being thought does not allow my foot to go forward enough. I M hoping with wear that strap will loosen up.

This is a nicely made sandal, with quality materials. The fit was surprisingly good considering I have a somewhat wide foot. They are nicely cushy. I returned them because the arch support is not what I need.
