If there are any left in your size, GET THEM! I got these on final sale for $29 - yep, full, quality leather, rugged sturdy & safe sole. I've been looking for a year to replace my 15-y.o. rugged Timberland Chelsea boot that Timberland doesn't make anymore. These are perfect! It's like my old T.L.'s have been reincarnated! The lug-style is not too lug, i.e., that means they will survive the trend when giant lugs fade from fashion. They are a little stiff - but that's good, heavy-duty waterproof leather. Think of how Doc Martens & Frye - 2 high-end brands that require MUCH softening & wear to get them right where you want them. I bought the black in an 8-1/2, and bought Wide to accommodate my bunions; unfortunately, those bunions have got to the point where they show through every pair of boots I have. And, because the rest of my feet aren't wide, they slip a bit on my heel. Thick socks solved that problem.

The front part of my foot is wide. So my toes will inevitably be squeezed a bit. I am a size 10 woman so finding wide shoes is hard enough. The back of the shoe fits pretty good. The leather on the outside is nice, seems good quality.The soles are very durable too. Easy slip on and off. I'm wearing with stocking and socks to ease off the squeezing a bit. Hopefully it opens up. My only issue is that the left shoe creases differently than the right. It's like the right is from a different leather batch. So it looks like the left has been worn more. Solid 4.5 stars. It scuffs kind of easily too. So be careful.

Comfortable, stylish & true to size. Fit well with thin winter socks. If you need a snug fit, you could easily wear thicker socks. I wore them around the house to try them out. They were great, but I haven’t worn them for a full day. I’m looking forward to wearing them this fall.

They were too tight around my ankles and lower calf. I have very sensitive legs and I could not wear them. Unfortunately I didn't realize that I couldn't return them. Now I am stuck with something I can't wear.

This is a gorgeous boot, very stylish and made with leather and quality materials. BUT, the front hits my shin in a very painful way, so, even though I love them, I can't wear them. Sigh.

I am usually a size 8. The 8 fits perfectly. These boots made a crazy noise when I first put them on. I washed the sole with soapy water and walked around for a bit and the noise went away. These are a perfect, classic Chelsea boot. I get tons of compliments when I wear them. I am ordering a second color

What a bargain! These will get so much wear! I usually have trouble getting my very high arch into boots like this, but these work! WIth no return label on them, i figured I could give them to my daughter, but, alas, I am keeping them for myself! A new brand for me to look for! Thank you Zappos!

Cute and very nice. I bought my true size and can easily wear a thinner pair of socks! Stiff but comfortable foot bed.

I am So disappointed! I absolutely loved these shoes. But after just a few wears the loop on the back broke.

Happy with my purchase. I appreciate the sturdiness of the boot while also being stylish. The boot definitely has weight to them making it a bit heavy on the feet but not bothersome though.

This is hand down, the best deal I have ever found on Zappos. High quality, fashionable and inexpensive.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with these but they fit perfectly, wore them for a week right after I got them walking NY and we’re so comfortable!

These run large, but are otherwise great. Comfortable, nice leather upper.

Surprisingly the width was perfect being my right foot is wider; overall the boots we’re comfortable!

Normally wear 7-7.5, ordered 7.5 to wear with tall socks and the leather stretched a tiny bit and now fits perfect with comfortable wiggle room. Thicker socks could make them snug if needed. They feel flat inside, no incline, and I personally find them very comfortable. (A similar cole haan pair I tried were basically flat too but hurt my heel and made it feel fatigued.) They are also easy to slip on, I don’t even need to actually bend over. Can’t beat them with the sale price.

They are ok. The leg opening and heel area are too wide for me. My heel completely slides in and out when I walk. Oh well, the price was a steal.

Have worn several times now, boots are pretty cute style wise but are narrow in the toes causing a scrunch of toes in the somewhat pointed front. Otherwise fairly comfortable and provide decent arch support. Feet get a bit cold and clammy if not wearing a good, thick pair of socks. Overall, I enjoy them for a store trip or walk to and from class. Holding up well in rain but despite Vibram soles, they are prone to slight slipping in wet conditions.

À little stiff, but I expect that to improve with time. I wore them around the house and out running errands for a couple of days before taking them on a trip and wearing them all day for two days in a row, walking around Chicago. Apart from the remaining new-shoe stiffness they were great - supportive and comfortable for 10,000+ steps a day. The Vibram lug soles were great on city streets.
