Mildly heavy in regards to the composite. Otherwise, excellent cushion and padding throughout the inside of the shoe. Y'all need to make these more available because this is the ULTIMATE safety shoe. I hope these last until next June.

I ordered my size, and they fit comfortably. The arch support is moderate, which is what I need. They feel lightweight. The material has a good look and feel to it. The bottoms of them are sturdy with just enough flexibility. Traction is stable but not overly grippy. The break-in period was very easy (no blisters) and after 20 or 30 hours of wearing them at work they were fully broken in. They are about 6 months old now, and they have held up well. Also the toe area has just the right amount of room, not crowded and also not too roomy. Definitely recommend.

Very narrow for a “wide” shoe. 5.11 doesn’t offer 4E width, only wide. If you are in the wide foot category, avoid this brand

(Correction to my original review. I had posted that they are about 6 months old now. In fact, they are about 6 weeks old now.)

They felt bad when I first started but after breaking them in they are starting to grow on me. Walking is not bad in these new shoes.

What a shame, seems like a nice shoe. I wear 8 1/2 wide , women's shoe. I needed more width in the toe area and assumed a men's toecap would be wider than a women's toecap. Wrong. I went up in size (the supposed equivalent to a women's size 9) to a men's 7 1/2 wide. It is marked as such in the shoe also. My toes were curled up like a fist when I put the shoe on. It fit more like a women's 7 1/2 . It is fairly lightweight and seems well ventilated but will be going back and I will try, yet again, another shoe.

These were the absolute best pair of work shoes I have bought from ZZappos on the Amazon Employee program. They fit great, they dont hurt my feet, they arent heavy. 5.11 and Amazon NEED to BRING THESE BACK

Most comfortable and good looking pair of safety shoes I've gotten since being with Amazon.

I normally wear a 10.5 these were a little small ordered an 11 and they fit great. They have a plastic midsole inside the shoe that really helps with arch support throughout the year.

The most comfortable Work shoes. i have gotten 2 pairs already, no insoles needed

I am really happy with these shoes. There was no break-in period, they're comfortable right out-of-the-box. Now, I do use custom fitted insoles so I can't speak to the shoes arch support. They feel relatively light weight.

Probably my favorite shoes purchased through our Zappos shoe program for work here at my Amazon warehouse. This is the first pair I did NOT have to purchase better insoles for. These are both cute and comfortable :) Definitely recommend these shoes!
