Loved the way these shoes felt on my feet and they are so darling, but they were way to wide for my (not wide) feet and I was worried that they would cause me to fall. Bought the version with the back strap and I’m in love! Perfect shoe!

Beautiful shoe. Size was a bit larger than marked. Would like to exchange for half size smaller: 8.5 instead of 9.

I bought the Keen Elle Backstrap 2 years ago in 7.5. Bought these in 7.5 -- too small. Went up to an 8 -- too small. I'm not sure I'm going to order a THIRD time but I can at least confirm they run small and that they are as cute and comfy in person as I was hoping.

Zappos recommended size (7, I usually wear a 7.5) was barely as long as my foot and the straps were very tight so I had to tug and pull to get them on properly. I thought of getting the straps wet and wearing them around to stretch them out, but because they're expensive I decided the best thing was to return them. I didn't want to get a 7.5 and risk more tight straps. They're nice sandals and might be good if you have a low instep.

Extremely comfortable. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes - these are spot on. I bought 2 different colors!

These were really cute and comfortable but felt a little loose around my semi-wide feet. I returned the 9 and I’m trying to decide if I want to get a half size smaller. That may be too short in length . If you have wide feet, give these a try.

Wider fitting compared to typical medium width. Disappointed because I really love the style, quality and this brand.

I ordered 8.5, which is my usual sneaker size, and the fit was good. They were a little tight upon first wear, but at least one strap had elastic stretch capability, and the supportive footbed felt like it would eventually mold to my feet, so I think they would loosen up over time. But that's a problem because even secure and tight as they felt around the top of my feet, the shoe itself was heavy, which made walking in it harder than it should be because it could easily slip off. They are a cute yet easy-going design, but the comfort could use work. Mainly, don't make them so heavy, and make all the straps softer inside, not just the top of the leather ones.

These shoes are really cute and I love them but I find that they slip off my feet when I’m walking. Ever since Keen discontinued the Bali I’ve been looking for a good workhorse everyday sandal, but this isn’t it. I’m hoping that once they are broken in a bit more they’ll work better.
