I like these hiking boots. They are good for easy to moderate trails. I wouldn't suggest these for difficult trails because of lack of ankle support. I wore them once so far, they are a little wide but very comfortable. The sole is very grippy. Overall I like them.

This is my first pair of Columbia hiking shoes and I can't say enough good things about them. First of all is the comfort. I didn't have a lot of time to break them in before heading to the hills, but I must admit I had no issues at all. So comfortable and no blisters! After climbing the falls in Thailand and trekking through the jungle chasing elephants I must admit they passed the test. While other members of my team had issues with traction on the slippery leaf covered slopes I was sure footed and comfortable. Not only do they perform well they also look good and provide just the right ankle support. Great investment!

Exactly like the image. Although I was hoping for more ankle support. I have not tried them hiking as I will be returning them.

Having bought several Columbia shoes/boots, I knew these would fit as expected, and they do. The pale lavender color is just fun--and frankly, the top reason I bought these. While I haven't walked any real distance, I can tell they'll be supportive. They could do with more cushioning, which I'll take care of with a different insole.

When I buy Columbia boots, I always order half size bigger to allow room for thicker socks. The fit is always perfect. The sizing of these boots is way off, a size 6.5 fits more like 7.5. I was going to return and get them in my normal size until I read in the Q&A section that Eco Friendly leather is not vegan leather. I wish they had included in the product description what Eco Friendly leather is. The boots are cute and quite comfortable but way too big. I didn't reorder because it is not vegan leather.

They are cute, and the toe box is very comfortable. But around my ankles, the cuff digs in hard. No matter what tall socks I wear, this will not work. Returning.
