I purchased these socks for a trip to northern India in April (spring season). I wore them with hiking boots and they kept my feet dry by wicking away the sweat. The cushion was great! My feet were warm wearing them but did not get sweaty or other. We were mostly in the cities and I chose hiking boots and socks due to the likelihood of uneven terrain and to keep my feet and ankles safe.

It is so comfortable!! And keeps my feet warm at all times! I never want to take them off.

Good warm hiking socks, also good for chilly days

These socks are wonderful. I have neuropathy in my feet and they often become icy cold and achy in the evening. I put these socks on and it's like magic; my feet feel so much better. The socks are lightweight enough to fit comfortably in my shoes or slippers, but also very warm. If my neuropathy is really bad, I sleep with the socks on. I highly recommend them.

Works well; construction is good. Color is interesting, which is what prompted my purchase originally. Seems as though it will be a long-lasting pair of socks.

Super warm and comfy. Good and snug, I have very small feet and it's hard to find good fitting socks, but these were great.

Great socks. Wear them all the time. Oddly enough, even though the socks are described as light weight, the label on the pair I received is marked medium weight. The socks are may be slightly more than light weight, but worked well for me. I prefer lighter weight, hiking socks. The other odd thing was that there was a price tag on the socks, for several dollars less than what I paid.

I have 3 pair of the ankle socks, decided to try the calf height. Love um. They wash and wear excellent. Very comfortable snowshoeing, hiking or just going for a walk.

Cresta Wool Sock Lightweight Crew socks are a good value, and they are very soft and comfortable. The stitching at the end of the could be better, as I feel that the stitching is going to become loose or the socks are not going to stay in place, and slide or roll down.
