As a dog walker, I have been looking for water proof shoes for 20 years and finally found them!

This is 1 of 2 Altra (or any wide toe box) that I can wear w/no extra pain on my heel from PF. They do feel a smidge bigger in the heel than others but tying laces tighter at ankle fixes that.

Fit is perfect. Stylish. The wide toe is perfect and it offers good support. I use an insert which fits well. The weatherproofing has held extremely well in rainy situations. Great for hiking, and I take mine traveling. I bought another pair to have on hand.

Comfortable and good looking shoes. I just bought them and tried for day: perfect so far. I bought size 12 to accommodate thick socks for winter and I the shoes feel more like 11.5. somewhat short. They are super comfy and I love how they look. I did not feel that they were too narrow: I typically wear 11 wide and there is plenty of room in the toe box

I love these shoes, I also have a pair of running shoes as well. This will be my 3rd pair of lone peaks. I also own some Zero shoes but I only use them for walking. Not enough padding in those for me.

My husband and I went hiking to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. I got this model and my husband similar for men. We absolutely love them! We use them for 7 days back to back. This model was perfect for me! I certainly recommend them!

These shoes are built for me! Love the wider toe box and the stylin' look. They are super comfy to wear. I'm on my feet most of the time, so a good fit is super important. I'm buying them again!

Love these shoes put them on and wore them all day with no problems. I have feet problems and these kept me from having pain. They also are a very attractive shoe.

I love this waterproof shoe. It's a mirror of the regular lone Peak with added water production. My only complaint, there is no spot for my gaters. I understand the shoe is waterproof, but the muck can still get into my shoes from the ankle. Having the ability to install the gaters would make this the ultimate shoe for wet weather.

The lone peak 2 all weather is my first pair of altras and I love the shoe (other than it doesn't perform as it should). I love the stability and the roomy toe box and I have had no neuroma pain after two weeks of hiking in Portugal. That has never happened before!!! However, I walked in the rain for four hours and my feet were soaking wet. Very disappointed.

Love the new fit for the Lone Peak shoes, as the old fit was a bit wide for me. I only gave them 4 stars because I am really unhappy about the fact that they have shortened the laces by several inches. Now its impossible to use the last holes to tighten the fit or double knot to keep the round laces from untying. It seems wrong that I have to buy additional laces after spending a lot for these shoes!

These shoes were great for canicross races with heavy mud and puddles. I didn't slip and slide and finished with dry feet. But yesterday I ran early morning on dewy grass trails and my feet were soaked after 2.5 miles so I'm a little disappointed. For size, I find them roomy enough for my wider foot and they fit the same as my older Altras. The newer timps no longer fit me so lone peak will be my new trail shoe. Love the purple color and get many compliments.

Bought these for a trip to Scotland. When we had rain, the shoes leaked. I like the way they fit, but did not live up to the waterproof quality that was advertized. For that amount of money, I expected more.

Always wear Long Peak, have bought for several years, always a size 7. Just got these in same size and they feel too small. Hoping they might stretch out a bit?

I normally wear a regular Lone Peak and a size 7 fits perfectly. I have 5 pairs of size 7. I thought this all weather shoe would be good to have but the 7 was much too tight at the ball of my foot. The 7 1/2 felt OK for the forefoot but then my heel was sliding around unless I laced it so tight it was uncomfortable. I took them back.

I recently purchased this shoe for the room in the toe box and its waterproof feature. I liked the shape of the shoe allowing for the toes to naturally spaly out when in motion yet they could have been a bit more roomy to really capitalize on that particular feature. Even with a custom orthotic with a metatarsal pad, I found that my feet were really sore and tired because of the lack of cushioning. This brand should expand on the toe box for the splaying action and add the cushioning of the Hoka!

I'm not a fan of these, the material seems too stiff on the top of the foot where it should bend, and why is there no loop for the trail gaiters?! Seems silly an all weather shoe wouldn't have it

I’ve worn this style of shoe before. This year’s model feels much shorter in length. At least a half size shorter. Maybe it makes it more true to size, as I’ve sized down 1/2 a size the last few years. The toe box felt incredibly stiff and uncomfortable. Really wanted to love this pair.

I've had these shoes for not quite a year and bought them specifically to wear for hiking on vacations and on crumby days hiking at home. I took them on a Dec. 2023 trip and they were fine. Now on Sept. 2024 trip they get wet inside on the lateral aspect of both feet. I am disappointed in the brand, less than a year is not getting your money's worth. Poorly made product for everyone or just my pair slipped past quality control?

I bought these after a lot of research and trying on various brands. They were purchased for a 5 day hike (130km) around Ireland of mixed terrain. The inside heels split open day 3. Toe bed was great.
