I love these shoes. Minimalist, comfortable, light, and can feel the road with comfort. They can also do it all. Easy runs and can pick up the pace too if wanted, and everything in between. If I was forced to run in one pair of shoes for the rest of my life, they would probably be these.

Love this show. Light. I don't like over-built shoes. This is perfect.

Not sure why there are so many poor reviews here, I've been running in kinvaras since version 1, every single version along the way. The 14 is a good refresher more in line with the early versions like 1-3. The kinvara had some dark times like 7-11 when it was getting heavy and more structured. Now if Saucony would just put the super foam in the kinvara..... when can we get that? But for now the 14 is the best version of the kinvara in ages

Long time Kinvara fan I waited on purchasing the 14 due to its big changes and not so good reviews. Finally, I got it on sale and have been really impressed! It's super light, natural feeling, and perfectly cushioned. It feels good at all speeds whether I'm sprinting, jogging and everything in between. I never buy "wide" version shoes but have slightly wider feet. In contrast to other reviews, I have plenty of room in the normal width. This is exactly the daily trainer I have been looking for - firmer, flexible, light and versatile with enough cushion for 10+ mile runs! Will buy again for sure.

Used for a track workout, they felt great. Think they would be a good 5k to 10k race shoe.

Great fit, nice amount of cushioning, and ultra light... also look good and can wear for other activities, especially traveling, use for running, casual and exploring! Not sure why this newest model had lesser ratings... I think there as good or better than former versions.

I run a lot on the treadmill and use them primarily for that. I really like them. These are the first Kinvaras Ive had and I'm glad Saucony beefed up the cushioning in the midsole. The mesh upper is great for breathability and i just love the lightness. I typically will do 4-7 mile runs on the treadmill in the 7.6-8.0 mph range. I also do 2 mile tempo runs in the 8.5-9.0 mph range. They are perfect for that. I just hope that when the 15s come out next spring they are a lot like the 14s.

Not sure what one star is for people. I think they're either 5 star or 4. They definely make it easyier for a higher cadence.

Just got these. Have worn Kinvara's for around 10 years, and was upset about the reviews of the new model. Ordered them anyway, based on faith in Saucony and they are Kinvara's. Not everyone can use these shoes as they are very light weight and have little motion control, but if you are a forefoot striker, you can't beat them. Why buy shoes with all kinds of motion control in the heel and midfoot if you never land there. Wasted ounces

14's are great, yes they are getting thicker but they are far from mega cushion. I have 12 and 13 and these are my fave. Very light and breathable, good fit and feel. Hope they don't change..

Ultra light weight. Subtle sparkles give it a modern look. More comfortable and stylish than other brands imo

I've run in the Kinvara's generations for almost a decade now and for the past few years I have felt that it went more towards a cross trainer rather than a dedicated runner. This version however feels like a solid lightweight but can handle the miles running shoe. Yes, they added a touch more foam underfoot but it still keeps that ground feel and definitely fast feel. On average I wear a size 10 in shoes but this year as well as last I have been having to grab a 10.5 I wish all shoes had this style of soft flexible tongue. It sits where it needs to be but doesn't dig into skin.

I started running with another brand shoe. So I asked the running community what to try. So I tried Saucony and i all ways run with Saucony ever since. I used them In half marathon's and 10 k's. This new Kirvana is a game changer. Its like running on air.

The Kinvara has been my go-to shoe for 14 years - I have worn every version since the 1. This is by far the best upgrade since the 2. Light yet cushioned, fast and responsive.

Man, I am surprised to see all the 1 star reviews! I love this sho. For me it's the best since the OG. I find them true to size with discomfort as some reviewers mentioned. I found them, soft but firm and a joy to run in. My only issue is now I need to find a slow day and long run shoe. I find myself always picking up the pace in these; this where that are at their best.

The best thing I can say about the Kinvara 14 is: It makes me want to run more miles. Since I bought my first pair a few weeks ago (at Pace Yourself in Holly Springs, NC) my short 4 mile recovery runs get extended to 6. 5 mile runs become 7. 6 mile runs become 8. And this is a credit to how comfortable and natural this shoe is on my foot. I've been running in Kinvaras since the V1 so long ago. However, I drifted away from the line in recent years--favoring the Endorphin rotation (Shift, Speed, Pro) and the Ride. I felt like the Kinvara line was losing its identity after the V10. The 12, 13 models were too plasticky and not keeping up with the direction of running shoes in general (stack height most of all). But the new 14 is a game-changer--it retains the natural simplicity/4mm offset that is the core identify of a Kinvara shoe but the added 3mm of stack, foam updates, weight reduction makes this a do-everything all-in-one shoe. I can do joggy recovery runs on easy days and lock-in hard paces for speed work. I run in a hilly area and I love how nimble the shoe functions on downhills. Finally! I love the insole--Kinvaras have always, for me, had an insole that would rub my foot hard for about 50 miles--until it smoothed down a bit. The Kinvara 14 is perfect right out of the box. I already have a 2nd pair in the rotation and eagerly await the Kinvara Pro release (I know this will be a totally different shoe). Kinvara 1 4 should be my workhorse trainer for the months ahead.

I highly recommend this shoe. I went from the Kinvara 12 to this, and it is exactly the updated shoe I was looking for. Before this shoe came out I was looking for something with the same 4mm drop with just a touch more cushion under foot. I put about 400 miles on my 12s over the 2022 season and I am very much looking forward to seeing how far I can push the 14s.
