I bought these for running only. I'm a size 34 and bought the medium. For lounging they might be a bit tight, but for runs they are good. I followed the sizing guide and assume the large would be too big. Also, no pockets up front which would keep from using them for everyday.

This was my first trail short without a liner. It was a bit of a gamble going for it, considering the other reviews here. I'm super happy with the short - its so light and super breathable/cool. 10/10 would recommend. The only improvement I could see is making the zipper pocket entry slightly larger - my Iphone is tough to fit through the opening.

The only kind of shorts I need for summer, extreme lightweight, low profile colour( I chose black) definitely will purchase 3-4 pairs more

Recently bought two pair after I discovered the improvement in this copy of these shorts. The fit is perfect for me and I love how the new fabric feels and moves with me. These will be my "go to" in Tahiti this month!

I've got these and then got 2 more pair. Like others said, very light, smooth, comfy. For running or trail running, or even hiking, these are great. I don't bring my cell when running. Only a key. Fits in the back pocket. No need for front pockets. Overall, get more colors, and I will get more. I wear 34 pants, and get the Large.

getting my right size. I ordered and returned a large (too big) and am doing the same with a medium (too small). Sadly, I fall between sizes. I'm actually hoping the sizing was off on this batch so maybe I can find a pair in a brick-and-mortar store that fits since they seem like they would make sunning shorts.

Great shorts, very versatile and just the right length... but I wish they had side pockets. So disappointed that the Aptin short is gone.

Very light, smooth, and comfortable ! Lots of room to move, these don't bind or bunch up. Would be perfect if it had front pockets, but overall, great shorts

Very lightweight short which is a nice feeling but other than that, there isn't much too them. There are only 2 back pockets, one of which is zipped, the other simply open - both of which are so small I struggle to understand what people are using these pockets for as it cannot fit a wallet (even a small one) or a phone, or anything larger than a deck of cards really. You can get much more practical and functional shorts from other brands for cheaper.
