I was really disappointed in these shoes. The stretchy band around the ankle was too tight, so I sized up. Still too tight. I have other shoes with the same feature that aren’t an issue. Bummer for the price. Will sadly be returning.

I have several pairs of the original On Cloudswift sneakers. Unfortunately, the re-worked Cloudswift 3 is a huge disappointment. While the sole is the same, the opening around the ankle has been completely changed. Gone is the comfortable and lightly padded ankle and instead there is a very small, rigid and thin elastic opening. It cuts into my small ankles, sits very high, is quite uncomfortable and difficult to put the shoes on. See my photo comparing my original Cloudswift to the new Cloudswift 3. I can't figure out why On decided to make these puzzling changes to the perfect original Cloudswift. I will now need to find a new favorite, as it's no longer the Cloudswift 3. Please bring back the original!!!!!

Loved these shoes! I took them to Europe last week, walked about 15K steps per day and never hurt my feet. I want to buy a different color now.

I really wanted to like these shoes. I ordered my regular tennis shoe size, 1/2 size larger than a street shoe, and the fit was fine. Loved the color. The only reason I'm returning these and trying others is because the "tongue" isn't a separate piece of the shoe and has no padding at all. That made it difficult to get on.

This applies to all of the ON Cloud shoes. Love the style and comfort... but they are all sized too short!!! I contacted their customer service today and they mentioned that they were working on sizing. I have ordered at least 5+ pair from Zappos hoping at least one would fit. I am a 9.5 who usually sizes up to a 10 in most running shoes. The 10's in every pair were too short. And one 10.5 was also too short. Too bad. They all went back.

Normally I wear an 8.5 in athletic shoes, and ordered a 9 as I have had shoes similar to this where there’s no tongue as it’s all one piece on top, kind of like a sock. So they’re snug, but comfortable. An 8.5 would have been too tight for my preference. Love the look of these shoes.

I’ve been having back and sciatic problems and difficulty walking, and tried various brands (hoka, Skechers, new balance, Nike) that are meant to support back pain. The cloudswift has been the only pair where I was able to walk while having a big sciatic flare-up where I wasn’t limping after 5 minutes. You can feel the cushion in the soles and they aren’t bulky like Hoka (which felt like clown shoes). I’ve been able to take miles long walks with my dog again without pain. They were not comfortable for a light jog but definitely help for long periods of standing and moderately paced walking. Definitely worth the investment!

I've loved the previous two generations of On Cloudswift shoes, but this new one for whatever reason they raised the height of the back of the shoe, which makes it not work for me -- it rubs the top of my heel. I will return these and buy whatever I can find left of the Cloudswift 2!

Everything about this shoe is great! No complaints!

These shoes do NOT run small. They are not tight. They run TRUE TO SIZE!!

Really cute shoes if I could only get my foot into the shoe without a struggle, the shoe is like a sock. I have very average med width feet and wear size 7.5.

These were on the smaller size and not the most comfortable .

On Cloud never disappoints. The material around the ankle stretches making a good fit. Would definitely buy another pair!

It is too small & tight !

I love my On Cloud 5 sneakers, but I wanted a separate pair with traditional laces for workouts. They are a little harder to get on with the tongue being connected to to the front of the shoe, but they are very comfortable once you get them on. The material is flexible and the soles give you a little lift and bounce in your step.

Fit was true to size, I wear between a 9 to 9.5 and the 9.5 fit perfectly. Very comfortable. At first, felt like a ball was in the center of my foot but that went away in a few hours. One of the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had. Will be buying a second pair.

These are the most adorable sneakers! I’m a big fan of Ons - they fit my feet very well and are super comfy for me. I didn’t realize the style of this particular sneaker until the shoes arrived. They go on/off like a sock, it’s all one piece. The laces are just for show! They fit great, I just had to get used to this style. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on them at the gym, and I love the cushy soles.

These are so super comfortable. I bought them for my cross training gym class but I have been wearing them when I want to be comfortable either going shopping or going to a museum which I recently did.

This shoe fit smaller than other on clouds I have of the same size

This is my fifth pair of ON Cloudswift. They tend to wear quickly but have been so comfortable I keep buying them. My previous 4 pair were women’s size 9.5. I had to exchange this new pair for a 9 and they still feel a bit sloppy. And they just aren’t as comfy as my previous pairs. Still good but, for whatever reason, not as good.

Love the shoe except it runs at least a half size too short. In the previous version I wore a 9.5, but I would have to order a 10. Not sure if I want to do this. It is very comfortable because of the cushioning. I am 75 years of age and active. I use them for 1 mile walks and wearing around the house or occasionally for a gym workout. The blue color is awesome.

The shoe sizing was perfect but as mentioned in other reviews - the sock-like opening is very tight and starts to cut into the top of the foot. Going up a half size would make the shoe itself too big so unfortunately this was a return.

Stylish, loved there was no tongue, but not "cushy"

This is the strangest fit ever. I wanted to try a pair of these and looked at the reviews. When I got them yesterday I could not even get the shoe on my foot. I have a narrow foot. Once I struggled to get it on, it was VERY comfortable, but I can't go through that every time I want to wear them. The design is odd.
