Asics - what have you done to the greatest running shoe? I have been a devoted Nimbus wearer for 15+ years and this is definitely no Nimbus. It doesn't feel like a Nimbus, doesn't fit like a Nimbus, doesn't ride like a Nimbus and certainly doesn't look like one. I could get past the looks if it felt good, but these shoes actually hurt. Pros - I have wide feet and usually don't get a lot of color choices. Papaya was a nice treat in the color category. Cons Fit- Way too roomy. Wide is one thing, but these just don't fit at all. Heel - they rub on the inside of your heels making them sore Cush factor - Absolutely none - Feels like running on compressed rubber Laces - Because they are so loose, I laced them up as tight as possible, strangling the top of my feet and my heel still rubbed no matter what I did. The bottom line - if I wanted a Hoka, I would buy a Hoka. I know my Nimbus size and they have always fit like a glove. This is a horrible crime against running that has been committed. Please bring back version 24. I have returned this pair of shoes to my local running store where I bought them. That's how terrible they are.

Trying to copy hoka's and failing. Yes, there is stability and cushioning (that feels nothing like the cushion of hoka's) but they make you walk totally differently. Nimbus were the only sneakers that didn't hurt my injury. I've been in pain since only walking around the house. They are NOTHING like other versions of nimbus. I've never written a review but went out of my way to do so this time hoping others won't bother purchasing them and that someone at asics reads these reviews. I'm going to have to hope a brooks style works or that my current pair of 23's last until the 26's come out and they are hopefully what we all expect nimbus to be. If wearing sneakers meant sitting on the couch with them on, sure, they'd feel comfy but they don't 'function'. There was more stability but it was at the cost of changing my walking stride so it was useless. Very, very disappointed.

So I waited for the new Nimbus sneaker to come out on February 1st! Only one color in wide width So disappointing!

I am completely flat footed and have always struggled with shin splints and foot pain. These are by far the best shoes I have ever put on my feet. I run 1-2 miles a day and have not had the first ache or pain.

Extremely Comfortable - only thing I can wear with plantar fasciitis.

Love these shoes, I battle plantar fasciitis and these shoes did great at a day at Disneyland

These shoes are just the best. Feel like walking on a spongy cloud. My feet usually hurt when walking a lot but I can walk 20K steps through Disneyland and they barely hurt at end of the day.ive never had that happen before! Buy them you won't regret it!!

These are the most cushioned running shoes I've ever owned, and I've been running for years! They are comfortable even for someone with wider feet. Like walking on clouds!

I haven't worn a shoe this comfortable ever! It feels like walking and running on giant marshmallows! I got the recommended half size up. Definitely perfect fit!

I got them for work I'm on my feet ALL day I'm able to go to to my second job no problems. My husband says the back of the shoe looks wide . That's alright the comfort AWESOME!!!

I love these shoes. Great ride. Supportive but also plenty of cushion. I did need to size down 1/2 size from what I typically buy for Nimbus.

I love them!!! I'm a server/dogwalker and I walk miles a day. I also have a bone spur and it helps to cushion the pain
