I love all the HOKA products I have ordered before. But this pair of recovery sandals does not have the comfort of the older style. They feel much harder and less flexible on the sides. They do not have the squishy comfort of the old style. Don't get me wrong they are excellent quality as the others have been. I just do not find these comfortable.

I use these slides around the house and after my workouts. As a Podiatrist, practicing in NYC for over 20 years, I highly recommend them to all my patients.

After returning a size 7 that fit like an 8, I ordered this size 6. I regularly wear a 7 in Hoka shoes/sandals, but the 6 is PERFECT! Your recommended sizing is way off.

I am an 8-1/2 - 9. 8-1/2 in regular Hokas. (Which I have worn for years) I am also a solid 39 in Birkenstock. I ordered the 8 women’s on these and they are absolutely big enough. Almost too big. But no way could I wear a 7. They are loose in the strap too. The super deep heel cup is great so your heel doesn’t slip sideways and it’s exactly what you need for plantar fasciitis. That and very good arch support which they have. I got the cloud blue/stone blue. It’s lighter than it looks - more of a powder blue which is disappointing. I wanted more of a faded denim blue. Overall that aren’t very good looking by any means. But I think they will do the trick. And since everything Hoka is cool to all these young folks these days, I will just strut around in them as a 59 year old and feel cool too!

Love the footbed but really need an adjustable strap. Had to return. My husband had the same issue and his feet are not narrow.

I have really bad rheumatoid arthritis, these slides have given me such comfort. I have three pairs of Hoka trainers and all if them are the only shoes I can wear. They give me comfort and stability.

I love these slides! After 40+ years of playing soccer, plus a knee surgery and a foot surgery, I have to wear shoes around the house. These Hokas are the most comfortable slides I've ever worn. And being a soccer player, I've worn A LOT of slides! They have great arch support and while they aren't super squishy like Telics or Crocs, they are super comfortable. And they did feel a little softer after wearing them for a day. I've worn Telic slides for the past several years, but they changed materials and now they squeak on my LVP floors. I felt like the little old lady from Poltergeist. I looked at several brands that I know have good support including Spenco, Vionic, Birkenstock, and Crocs. But all seemed so garish and/or weren't slides. And while these aren't the prettiest slides, they were less garish than the others. They have much better arch support as compared to Telics. The footbed is contoured like Spenco, Birks, or Vionics (though the arch isn't as high as Vionic). The soles are high but the shoe is very stable. They're just so comfortable! As for sizing, I wear Hokas for running/walking and these are similarly sized. I am generally a size 8 or 8 1/2 depending on the shoe, but I always wear 8 1/2 in Hoka running shoes (mostly because I like a little more room in the toe box). I'm a 39 in Birkenstocks. I went with the size 8 (vs. 9) in the Oras and they fit perfect! The 9's would have been too big.

Love these and am getting another pair. I’m a women’s US 9 Wide normally and I ordered the 9 regular because they don’t offer wide. They fit great. Even with my very wide feet, the “band” that goes above your foot is not tight. They are very comfortable. I even ordered a previous Hoka version (with ribbed footbed and more slits on the band) to compare the two and I prefer this newer version. It seems to have more padding under my feet and is a bit bouncy (comfy) which I like.

I love Zappos and I really like these slides. This would have been my second pair, however, they arrived in a substandard box and the foam upper had been crushed and creased. It appears the crease has compromised the material integrity. So disappointed and so NOT my experience with Zappos historically, who has traditionally offered faster shipping, higher quality shipping materials and superior customer service. I will sadly be returning the damaged slides and ordering directly from Hoka.

These are about the most supportive and comfortable sandals ( or footwear for that matter) that I have ever worn, The fit is perfect I take a 10 and I ordered a Men's 8/ Womens 10. I have some metatarsalgia in my feet and Osteo arthritis in my knees and these slides cushion and provide stability and support that I need. I use these mainly for at home and on the deck, patio.

I typically wear a women's size 9.5. The recovery slides don't come in 1/2 sizes. The Hoka website recommended size 10, but after reading the reviews I ordered a size 9 and a size 10. The length of the size 10 slides felt just right, but the band was so loose that my feet slid out of the slides when I walked. Initially, the size 9 felt too short - the "lip" on the back dug into my heel - but the band was tight enough for my foot to stay in place. After wearing the 9s for a few days I got used to the lip and returned the size 10s. The arch in my foot that has been bothering me feels so much better wearing the slides, so overall I am happy with the purchase. It would be great if Hoka would make a slide with women in mind and include 1/2 sizes in their recovery sandal products.

I would have given them a 5star but the color is off. I ordered the grey. All of the pictures show a distinct two tone color (top is lighter than the sole). Mine are the same light grey all over????

I like this model a lot....it's more attractive than the previous model it replaced and stays on the foot quite nicely. The footbed, however, does not feel as soft as my previous model...so it is not quite as comfortable to wear all day. I wish you had made that more similar instead of the very hard foot bed you decided to put in the new version. My old ones still wear very well, so making them harder is a decision I question the wisdom of. This new version is also a wee bit narrower....not a bad thing for me but it might be for some. Please consider making the footbed softer again!

I almost sent these back because the fit was so much bigger than the original Hoka slides that I had, and I was concerned that my feet would slip in them and maybe even cause me to fall. But I'm very glad I decided to keep them, as that is not the case. They are very comfortable and my feet stay put in them. Very happy with this purchase. I am noting that "feels too big" , etc. because that is how I felt when I first received them. And anyone who is used to the older style will feel the same way. Hopefully, they will get past that and give these a try.

Love my HOKA recovery shoes! They are such a relief to put on at the end of the day. Be aware, these are not good “pool shoes” as they are super slippery to walk in if they get wet.

I purchased these for my wife as she was having knee and hip pain. Upon opening them, she asked why did I get her “grandma” shoes. I shared with her that we had seen a commercial stating the benefits of the slides and to give them a try. The fit was perfect and she’s been wearing them around our home as her new go to sandals.

I have terrible tendinitis. These slides provide comfort and support. I originally ordered a size 8 women's and had to send them back to get a size 7 I felt like they ran very very large.
